The cashier was straight rude towards me. I had ordered and the cashier forgot half my order when I asked her is that everything she straight ignored me and she didn’t give me my other half I had to come all the way back from home just to pick it up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service!!!

I ordered from this location for the first time and called on the phone to see if I can get the wings bigger and was told they don’t decide that. I then got two different messages, one on the wingstop app that my order would be delivered and ready at 5:36 PM via messages and 5:41 PM via the wingstop app. Once it had passed the 5:41 PM time, I had called with concerns to the branch and said that I respected their time but I wish I was notified and that I’m a paying customer and the women worker had hung up on me abruptly. I called again and once my voice was heard, they hung up on me. I called multiple after but my calls were not answered. I went in person to request a refund and talk to manager to complain and discuss this. Manager was helpful but did keep cutting me off. I understand it is a busy day but as someone who paid and worked in the same fast food industry as them, it is completely unprofessional and rude of this to happen. I will be taking this up to social media and my bank. This was my first time here as I avoided them due to reviews and wanted to take a chance on them, but come pity unprofessional and I wish I could talk to the lady who was helping me as I saw her hide in the back room the whole time.

Ordered for pickup. Pickup time was 8:30. Arrived at 8:25, order was already sitting on the Pickup rack. Ordered 20 original hot wings. By the time I got home 5 minutes away, food was cold. Wings were ridiculously overcooked, very dry and tough. Probably won't come to this location again.
