Ordered for pickup. Pickup time was 8:30. Arrived at 8:25, order was already sitting on the Pickup rack. Ordered 20 original hot wings. By the time I got home 5 minutes away, food was cold. Wings were ridiculously overcooked, very dry and tough. Probably won't come to this location again.

If I could give a zero star to their customer service I would..horrible service, I still had to wait for my food even though I placed it ahead of time online.. the lady that was at the register made me wait. My order was already ready and she still made me wait. I will not be coming to this place again. Bad service
I know this Wingstop has a bad reputation, but I’ve had pretty good experiences here and especially this time with Caroline. It was extremely helpful and help fix an order that I had an issue with. Of course my wife would’ve killed me if I came home with the wrong sauce, so thank you so much for your hard work and everyone may know it’s extremely rare and hard to come by these days to meet friendly and helpful service, or just people at work anymore often everybody just rude or disrespectful. They just wanna go home. I don’t blame them. They go through a lot that she was extremely helpful friendly and kind. Thank you so much again!!

This place is perfect! The host Caroline is very nice and helped me out with my cravings. I recommend this place for a late night snack. They are open till midnight, other places close at 10 or 11.

I ordered to go and picked up the order right away. The quality of the food has gone down the drain. I ordered lemon pepper seasoned fries. They gave me fries with no seasoning. And they appeared like they were sitting out all day. The wings were extremely crispy to the point that the meat was hard to chew. The wings also lacked sauce and appeared like they drizzled the sauce on top of the wings.
This will be my last time ordering from this location. Sad to see the quality of this place turn into trash. For the price of $20, I expect the food to be decent.

I'm very disappointed with my recent order from Wingstop. The boneless wings were extremely oily and tasted terrible. The fries were black and overly salty, making them inedible. After eating, I became sick and started throwing up. This was a poor experience and a waste of money. I expected much better quality and am very upset with my experience.
