The atmosphere gets a 2 because from the outside you can't even tell that its a restuarant. Inside looks eclectic. But the food the best! If you can ask for the side of gravy with cheese and enjoy with the fresh handmade tortillas they serve. I would eat here everyweek if I could.

There aren’t many places like this left. When I was growing up in the 80’s and 90’s, downtown had many great Mexican restaurants. Now many of them are long closed but I am grateful for the folks at Xochimilco for staying open for so long. I guess it’s testament to your home style food, friendly customer service and classic atmosphere.

Tucked away in downtown Stockton, I peeked inside, very clean and inviting, so my girlfriend and I decided to give it a try. Service was very, very fast. We ordered and our food arrived within 15 minutes. Huge portions, great flavor. I'd recommend it to anyone. Dont let it's location stop you from a great dinner.
