The staff is wonderful, pricing great, delicious froyo, but the tables are never clean. At any froyo establishment ever. That and the parking situation is the only reason I can’t give 5 ⭐️ you gotta walk a lil bit! I don’t mind the walk but a lot of people do!Kid-friendliness: It’s hard for a place like this not to be!

I am very disappointed in the customer service from the cashier didn't greet us as we walk in and wouldn't make eye contact or speak to us at all . I had to say hi good evening! And thank you ! I ask for the little tasting cups and she just handle them without a word ! I ask for the key to the bathroom she went looking without a word and handed over ! Bases of her behavior she is in happy with her job sadly .

Half the machines where down, hella dirty ice cream all over the machines, the strawberries were brown an soggy which means they didn't change them all day. They never have whipped cream at this location ever, the girls act like there out but really are to lazy to make it. There was hella different food items in mixed In together which means they didn't clean up all day long. There was a new young girl at the front, bad attitude and I asked her to get more brownies from the back. She acted like there wasn't any but the usual nice girls always go get more from the back. Also the girls always make the whip for us when there out, this girl had a horrible attitude and was very lazy. Not coming back to this location, it's a waste of a great franchise. The best part is the whip and clearly the management is doing anything to make sure they have it.
The yogurt here does not disappoint! I have been a customer for a long time. I love plain yogurt so I can add whatever toppings and sweets I want. I love the fact that they always have new flavors, depending on the season. In my experience, the staff is very friendly. They are always willing to provide tasting cups if you want to try certain flavors.There is a good variety of toppings available, including fresh fruits, mochi, sprinkles, gummies, yogurt chips, and syrups. Price is fair and comparable to other frozen yogurt places. The place was well-ventilated and clean. My only suggestion would be to turn down the music a little bit. I was trying to have a conversation with my family while we were inside this place and we couldn't hear each other very well. Parking is easy and free!

Great place to go to get a good frozen yogurt. Self serve stations with flavors that change periodically. Be careful with the toppings. You pay based on weight and a couple of yogurts can become expensive quickly if you get carried away. My daughter's taught me that lesson. ?

Quick review: My daughter and wife loved the yogurts they got. I especially enjoyed trying my wife's yogurt. She got a vegan vanilla flavor. It was very good and paired well with the cinnamon toast crunch! Would definitely take my family here again.Restroom was nasty though, but other than that I had a good experience.
