Delicious poke, fast service, the cafe has uncomfortable stools, it is impossible to relax and enjoy visiting the cafe. We took a small portion of poke and it was enough to eat. The cafe menu has very tasty ice cream in the form of macarons, but the refrigerator with ice cream is behind the counter and we accidentally saw this ice cream. Maybe it is necessary to move the refrigerator to a more visible place for visitors. I recommend

I previously enjoyed dining at this poke establishment. However, the recent shift in atmosphere towards being unwelcoming and impolite has been quite disappointing. It is evident that the presence of the owner greatly improves the level of service and friendliness among the staff. While I typically refrain from leaving negative feedback, I strongly believe that individuals working in the food industry must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.

The food was stale and appeared old. I approached two staff members, both gentlemen wearing headphones and scrolling through their iPhones, who seemed more interested in dancing to Cher songs than assisting customers. Their attitude was extremely entitled, making the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. It was clear that they viewed any acknowledgment of customers as a favor, which struck me as highly unethical and ignorant. I recommend staying away from this place.

The employees are lazy and careless. Food is good if they pay attention but the employees are lazy. Ordered three time from DoorDash, forgot about my miso soup twice, and the last order they didnāt even confirm it even I ordered before they close on DoorDash.

Ordered a medium poke bowl through 3rd party delivery, and seems like they forgot to include the actual fish when preparing it. Great rice bowl + veggies... but not what I had in mind.

I walked in, through all the chairs and stuff and up to the register on the other end of the store, and without saying hi, the cashier says flippantly ācan you actually shut the door?ā Looking back I noticed that someone who had *opened it for me* had opened it too taught and it stayed wide open. I went and did it (it was kind of far, like the store is sort of a big hallway with the register all the way at the end, so maybe 30-60 awkward seconds to walk back and do it), but I found it weirdā¦like Iām not employed there, why am I doing a service for the store especially if itās your door thatās malfunctioning? Not to mention I was just trying to order something then leave so it would've been closed a bit anyway? It just rubbed me the wrong way. Like I'm not going to get my order taken unless I fix your store up? over something I didn't even do? Lol ? The place was kind of dark and uninviting , and I didn't have any incentive to try the food, so I just left. Seemed like it would've been good! Oh well, donāt have your customers doing unnecessary labor I guess ?
