Lots of parking and a lovely view of the hills. This place is located in a shopping center near Universal. From the outside it doesn't look like the hipster/unique coffee place that it is. Once inside it has a nice vibe with smooth jazz playing low and plenty of wooden tables to sit. They have all the coffee you could want with extra flavors that Starbucks doesn't have! I got pumpkin pie latte which was awesome. All of their food was homemade and pretty tasty. The food came out quick and the staff was very friendly.

Very mellow location, as soon as you walk in you feel that vibe. They assisted us right away and it wasn't full at all. Food seemed a little expensive for what we got but it was worth it. I ordered the hause, everything was as expected. I'd definitely recommend for a quick breakfast spot.

Just left this lovely restaurant. Had small waffle, fresh berries, small egg and avocado. Perfect light breakfast served with a smile and great coffee. Light jazz music just perfect volume as not to interfere with conversation. Will definitely return to this hidden gem.
