Customer service is horrendous! Ordered delivery and was given a delivery time of 1:45pm, pizza didn’t show up till 30 minutes later and when i called the restaurant to inquire they were rude and said it was the app and not them, then proceeded to hang up on me before i could finish speaking. Pizza is decent but not anything special for how rude they seemingly seem to run this place…. .. if you check other reviews this seems to be a recurring issue

Horrible Customer service, and the last 3 times I ordered delivery has been a nightmare. The person answering the phone (the owner) is insanely unprofessional, rude, and condescending. Every time I order from them, it takes an overly long time to receive my order to the point where I need to call multiple times to make sure that my order is on the way, and every time I’ve ever been on the phone with the owner he is always raising his voice and always being extremely rude. I will never support this business ever again in my life or recommend them to anyone.

The guys at Ove are great, The pizza is awesome, my go to place.
Just had one of the worst delivery experiences of my life with Ove. We ordered delivery and Ove gave the wrong address to their delivery driver. (we have double checked our email receipt and we put the correct address in through our order and on the receipt it was written incorrectly by Ove.)Whoever works the phone proceeded to call my father and speak in a raised voice and continued to call him nonstop being incredibly rude, insulting and demeaning. I continuously asked him the point of the phone calls and he couldn’t give me one and instead yelled at me about the orders they had lost because their driver went to the wrong location.We will be telling everyone we know not to patronize this business. The way they spoke to us, especially considering the mistake was their fault, is absolutely unacceptable

Best gluten free pizza around and I have tried a lot! Tastes very close to a regular thin crust pizza, never overbooked/burnt like some places 10/10. My husband also loves the regular pizza from here!

The pizza was pretty good! The place was cool and conveniently located by Benedict Canyon. The guy working on Sunday, August 6th was rude and snobby when I picked up our food and asked if I could get an extra of something (couldn't exactly remember). We will look for a better pizza place when we visit LA again.
