Blossom Restaurant & Rooftop

We made a reservation for a party of 6 over a month in advance for our group here. We never received any cancellation notice or any other indication of any kind that our reservation was cancelled. Upon arriving for our reservation it was clear a wedding party had reserved the restaurant. After finding someone to ask what happened with our dinner reservation, we were told it was cancelled by the restaurant (but we never received any messages, emails, or communications from the restaurant or OpenTable). I advised them we never had any notices about this and had confirmations from OpenTable leading up to and on the day of for our reservation. He had me write my name, number and email address down but I was not contacted following this. Our entire group had to figure out other arrangements while it was raining and while half our group was fasting for Ramadan and planning to break our fast at this dinner. Extremely disappointed with this entire experience.

It's a nice place, but certainly they need a better organization, and you guys suit to have a hose all the time in the front door, overall food was good, and all the shows was perfect for entertain.

Everything was amazing, I was there 2 days ago and the vibe was incredible. Really worth it.

Beautiful place, modern design But service not good. Be careful when you see blue sparkling bottle on the table. They will bring you separate charge for that without notifing that it is not included in $ 85.The servers never come to fill the water or soft drings.

On Valentine's Day, my friend and I looked for a good restaurant to take our family. We found this restaurant called Blossom on Ventura blvd. But I looked in reviews and I saw some 1 star. I can not judge someone's reviews because if you see some unhappy customers with 1 or 2 stars, where are the other 1000 happy customers? We called and reserved the table, We arrived around 8pm for dinner. The place was packed, all the tables full, live music and a good lighting system put you in a good mood. We said definitely this is the place we want. We really enjoy the place. We had good food and a full liquor bar. Hard to find In LA to be all one place with good food, drink, DJ and dance floor. Definitely we will go there again and highly recommend it.

Please don’t waste your time. I came here for Valentine’s Day and was surprised when we were asked to pay & tip for the meal before being seated. Once we payed they said they didn’t have any seats and asked if we would join a couple already in the middle of their dinner. We said no and they miraculously found another table for us. When we got to the table it was full of plates covered in plastic wrapping, we asked what it was and they said these are the appetizers…just sitting there for who knows how long waiting for someone to occupy the table. We asked to see a menu and they explained that they didn’t have one and that we could Google it. OpenTable describe this restaurant as a steak house but it’s middle eastern Mediterranean. We ordered drinks and waited 20 mins and no one ever came back nor were any of the “16 delicious items” on their pre fix menu they promised to be brought to the table brought over. The space at first glance seemed really cool with live entertainment but quickly you realize that it’s all smoke and mirrors. I would best describe this place like a wedding reception venue and unfortunately we felt like unwelcomed wedding crashes.

It’s not really like the IG videos make it seem. Good food options, but the service is slow. My friends waited 1 hour to get their drinks. There are awkward transitions between the performances & the live dj. It seems like the place is still trying to find its identity. $85 + tax & tip? Not worth it.

Euro vibe dinner party with live entertainment, dancers and class. Food quality is average and service is a bit slow however overall very cool vibe.

I love this place. It was a great experience. If you like middle eastern vibe and music, this is the place to go. The staff were amazing. My boyfriend and I had a great time. The owners are super cool and make sure you're having the best time of your life. I definitely will be back. Thank you

Horrible service, they only paid attention to the tables that had larger parties, The seating was horrible and the food should've been ordered through a menu instead of being wrapped in plastic and served on the table before you even arrived to the table. Very disorganized.

Gonna be a BEAUTIFUL place once it opens! Had the pleasure to take a tour of the place as it's still under construction... (NOT to mention COVID ISN'T helping)... As the store front is very deceiving... But, for now we'll just have to wait...
