Coffee is great but the employees are always in their own world and are never friendly or greeting folx when they come in. It’s a simple change that can be made but the warmth falls flat.

How many reviews does it take for the management at Blue Bottle Coffee to finally take action? I truly love this coffee, but in the Studio City location my order has been mixed up 3 out of the 3 times I’ve visited. And each time I only realized it after I got back to my car and drove away.
One time they used regular milk instead of oat milk. Another time I asked for syrup in my coffee, but they put it in my friend’s drink instead — even though she had a completely different milk and doesn’t drink coffee with sugar, so we couldn’t swap.
If I were the management, I would definitely provide additional training to the staff to help them stay more focused on preparing the drinks correctly rather than on chatting with each other people

I stopped into Blue Bottle today, and honestly it was disappointing. I was the only customer in the store, but the barista just kept chatting with friends instead of making my drink. I stood there waiting while they carried on their conversation, which felt careless and unprofessional. For a place known for good coffee, I expected better service.

Baristas spend more time talking to regulars than making coffee. You can tell the people waiting in line are visibly irritated, and they couldn't care less.

I payed 6 dollars for ice latte in the small cup for hot drinks filled with ice. If I pay this price or I should get more of a product or a better quality coffee. I got a weird tasting coffee in the small cup. Not worth it

Went here to get a coffee before Disneyland and had to leave with nothing because they don't have vanilla ? ? It's the basic / staple flavor ???? how is brown sugar a good / close alternative????? I'm sure the drinks are fine / good but c'mon dude. Also the baristas totally judged me for not wanting anything, I could hear them as I walked out ?
