The rice was not cooked right today....

Not too busy. Plenty of seating. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff.

The guy working the front was trying but they seemed understaffed. Maybe someone called out. But the food was not good. He maintained a great attitude given the circumstances. But I wish the food was a bit more fresh.

Short, overweight young lady served me. I ordered a barbacoa bowl. She gave me a ridiculously small amount of meat. When I asked for a little more, she reluctantly gave me a little bit more. Then she charged me for double meat. I eat at Chipotle regularly enough, including this specific location, to know that I should not have been charged extra for the regular amount of meat I got. I get it, I'd be angry too if I was in my mid to late 20's, overweight, and had to work fast food but I would at least pretend to care and not have a snobby attitude.

Great staff, clean location, ample parking and delicious food.

I just wish the first little tray of chips was free. Very very good view and atmosphere

I never leave reviews but, this time I had to. Food was ok. I ordered guacamole on the side and why is the guacamole mixed with chicken and beef. I didn't realized until I was eating it. It was really salty. It grossed me out and I just tossed my whole food away.

In the app they were 20 mins late for pick up so I waited there for a long time. There was also a leaf in my food

Do yourself a favor, go to the mall or riverside drive but NOT the Studio City Chipotle! This location is very poorly run and it is unclean from top to bottom. "Manager" admitted that the guacamole I paid $2.95 extra for consisted of two large chunks of avocado that were so hard as to be inedible and instead of apologizing or offering my money back, his response was "are all avocados perfect?"
