Always out of food no matter the time

This location in the last month has gone downhill. Always out of everything hours before closing and often understaffed.

Chipotle Mexican grill is a chain that has been around for several years, so if you have tried it then you know how they all are. The quality of the food is good because it is fresh and the fair is pretty simple. They serve burritos, bowls and salads.

I went for lunch and had a Carne Asada bowl. I had to ask the guy to put a bit more meat because he almost didn't put any
It was delicious and I had to save half for later. I had the chimchuri sauce, that would be awesome on anything. YUM

The service is incredibly slow, and the staff doesn’t seem to be in sync. It took a lot longer than usual to get my order, and it felt like they weren’t even working efficiently.

Got my order messy . Girl that was helping us out had the worst attitude. Started to slam the dishes just because she had to go to the back and get more lettuce because they were low on it . Workers work slow ! No customer service no integrity.

10/10 best chipotle location in the valley. Let me go down the list and explain why. First all the team members always welcome me like family and it’s the little things like that keep me coming back. Joshua always gets my order right so I appreciate his attentiveness. Rachelle does a superb job at always making me feel welcomed. Yasmin stays smiling which makes it easy for me to feel better even after a long shift when I come here to grab food. Natalie is the ultimate team player and think the happiness radiates off her and makes for a great dining experience every time

The rice was not cooked right today....

Not too busy. Plenty of seating. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff.

The guy working the front was trying but they seemed understaffed. Maybe someone called out. But the food was not good. He maintained a great attitude given the circumstances. But I wish the food was a bit more fresh.

Short, overweight young lady served me. I ordered a barbacoa bowl. She gave me a ridiculously small amount of meat. When I asked for a little more, she reluctantly gave me a little bit more. Then she charged me for double meat. I eat at Chipotle regularly enough, including this specific location, to know that I should not have been charged extra for the regular amount of meat I got. I get it, I'd be angry too if I was in my mid to late 20's, overweight, and had to work fast food but I would at least pretend to care and not have a snobby attitude.

Great staff, clean location, ample parking and delicious food.

I just wish the first little tray of chips was free. Very very good view and atmosphere

It was great. Clean, employees knowledgeable and helpful, food delicious. Good value.
