Half sizes were really generous. Quality veggies & chicken. Great paper recyclable containers.

I ordered take out, dumplings, spring rolls, Mongolian beef and cashew chicken. The food was maybe an average of 3 stars but the cashew chicken was inedible. I am a mediocre cook, and the chicken was way worse than the chicken I make at home. We threw the dry crumbly cashew chicken dish away. The Mongolian beef was passable, we had some decent dumplings, and the spring rolls were meh.
Went here today to place a to go order. Asian worker behind the counter was very rude and condescending. Poor customer service skills and poor communication skills. I was frustrated over the long wait time for my order, instead of apologizing he attempted to rudely claim that I had an attitude. How about work on your customer service? I would not order here nor refer this place. Go elsewhere if you want better service!

Take u order prees
This is a really good place to try everything. They have a lot of great items to choose from but me personally I did the chicken chow mein and I loved it.
I didn't even have to wait five minutes. They're really good here but let me tell you they have a full menu there's so many things to check out the Mongolian beef is next on my list, but I'll tell you they're fast friendly and this place has a lot of great seating and parking.

Upon entering on June 8, 2025, I encountered Jeremy, who was not professional, customer service oriented, or courteous at all. He was just short mannered and rude. He did not even seem to be trying to be nice at all. I was coming to use the supposed birthday gift (free entrée) that was sent to me. When I attempted to use it, I was told that they were not accepting them anymore because, in a nutshell, they supposedly could not verify its legitimacy. Then, why was it sent to me, as it had been for many years? Honestly, if they wanted to verify it and serve me, they could. But, I was over this place. It was really disappointing because I had been coming here for 25+ years. There have been a good amount of changes over the years but, I still kept returning. However, I will not be returning this time. There was no welcoming feeling and polite friendliness that I had felt before. Hopefully, at some point this company will reassess its priorities and go back to basics because it is nothing like it used to be years ago.
“Welcome City Wok, take your order” has got to be my most favorite line from South Park and to know that there is actually a tangible one I can go to in person has got to be one of the greatest treats and privileges to ever have.

Food is decent. However, I don’t care how many times you get it right, you simply cannot get it wrong when it comes to chomping down on what seems to be dirt/grit. No one wants to take the next bite, let along order purchase another order from you. Sadly, you will not be at the top of my mind when ordering future meals.
