We had an incredible dinner the other night celebrating our 14th anniversary. Rachael was our host and she was incredible. She made magnificent suggestions and wine and food and was just a complete joy to work with. I have been coming to firefly for 20 years at least, and every time is fantastic, but this was pretty incredible. Also, the lamb shank must stay on the menu forever. It is truly one of the greatest meals I've ever eaten. We even took the Bohn home per Rachael‘s Suggestion And made a fantastic broth. Thank you again for a memorable evening and incredible dining experience

This hip restaurant offers fine food in a beautiful but very noisy atmosphere. the service was terrific. As a former restaurant company executive and consultant, I could see the great teamwork and care. We were engaged i conversation with our sever who had dirty plates in his hand and another staff person took it rom him so we could continue the conversation. I could see him carefully look at the wine glasses and wipe them clean of any dust prior to bringing them to the table. Most customers would not notice these little things but I did. I have been there before a returned and will do so again.

While the food was acceptable (salmon a bit dry), we were disappointed over the lack of acknowledgment of a birthday. On the reservation, I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and noticed others receiving a dessert with a sparkler on top. Perhaps you need to order a dessert to receive the acknowledment. The hostess certainly was aware because she wished my wife a happy birthday. When the waitress came over to ask whether we wanted dessert, I mentioned, I would ask the birthday girl. Since we declined, they simply brought us the check. Not even a Happy Birthday wish from the waitress. Very disappointing.

We attended to celebrate a birthday party for a friend. We had a great time and service was excellent. Our server was Ian. He had great recommendations, and the food and drink were excellent. My wife tried the Brachetto champagne and loved it. One of our friends had the lamb shank and he said it was the best he's had! I had the Wagyu Burger and it was cooked perfectly!

Firefly was a lovely setting with staff that was stellar from the moment we walked in. Food is good, not great but certainly worth the visit.

The waitress was rude and tried embarrassing me when I asked for my steak to be prepared well done. She spoke in a loud voice that the meat will be tough if cooked well done. I had to tell her three times that I do not like pink meat. This is why I rated a 1 in service.

The table was sticky the place was loud and the music was discordant with the atmosphere. waitress came late dropped the food off after an hour and never showed back up at the table after. the food itself was delicious and fairly well priced and the plating was nice but it's hard to recommend after such a mediocre dining experience.
Our server was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. I think she had a big section, but honestly, she handled it gracefully and was attentive to all of her tables. The food was tasty & really glad to see that they had new items on the menu as well. We got a lot of food, but our favorites were the striped bass crudo & the braised lamb shank! The lamb shank was so tasty, it fell right off the bone. For 18oz, that was a really good price of a meal. Only annoyed that they had big stems of cilantro on there instead of either chopping it, or using micro cilantro instead (was a bit annoying to eat one whole stem), but all in all it was tasty and would recommend that dish! A little disappointed that there wasn't a candle on the dessert, since we did mark the reservation as being a birthday. I admit we didn't bring it up once we were there, but overall we had a great time. I would recommend this place to anyone for any occasion.

The outdoor dining area should match the enchanting atmosphere the indoor area is famous for. The white tables are completely out of place and the whole zone simply doesn't have the magic that people choose to visit firefly for. As Organizational Consultants we highly recommend that this be changes for the benefit of your establishment and its patrons.
