We had an incredible dinner the other night celebrating our 14th anniversary. Rachael was our host and she was incredible. She made magnificent suggestions and wine and food and was just a complete joy to work with. I have been coming to firefly for 20 years at least, and every time is fantastic, but this was pretty incredible. Also, the lamb shank must stay on the menu forever. This hip restaurant offers fine food in a beautiful but very noisy atmosphere. the service was terrific. As a former restaurant company executive and consultant, I could see the great teamwork and care. We were engaged i conversation with our sever who had dirty plates in his hand and another staff person took it rom him so we could continue the conversation. I could see him carefully look at the wine glasses and wipe them clean of any dust prior to bringing them to the table....
