It was my first time at five guys and the manager on shift Ani was very kind to explain to me the menu options, My order came out quickly and I appreciate the staff/manager for being so helpful. The canjun fries are the best 👌

It was a very disappointing experience. Four of us ordered food to dine in, but everything was mixed together in one paper bag and served like a mess. When we asked for plates, they just gave us pieces of paper instead! The fries were greasy and partly burnt, and the presentation was terrible. Considering the high prices, the quality and service were far below expectations. Really disappointing for a place with this name.

Food is what you’d expect from Five Guys.
Though for some reason this is the only location that doesn’t adhere to the company tradition and a marketing policy to provide a large, extra scoop of fries with every order, regardless of size of the fries ordered.
IF they do any it’s less than a little fry sized scoop. I’m not sure what the deal is considering this is literally a company tradition. Can only assume this franchise owner is cheap and banks on the fact that most folk aren’t aware of this policy.
More folk need to report this to corporate.

they screwed up my order but Oscar and Brandon the managers went out of their way to care of me. Thanks guys. If one of your workers keeps making such dumb mistakes I hope u fire them bc for all of us to waste so much time and energy on a cheeseburger and messing up such a simple order is just ridiculous … but thanks for the gesture and taking care of it

I was there on a holiday; so, it might have affected the atmosphere there were not many people there. I was hoping to be in and out, especially since I was only there for fries. It did take longer than expected to get my order, but everyone was nice. Fries were really good as expected. They're not hard or crunchy; so if you like them that way, you might have to ask them fry them longer. It's been a while since I was there. The price is a bit expensive for the amount you receive. Still worth it when I'm craving good fries.
