Abusive pricing. $27 for a burger, smallest fries and a milkshake. Ridiculous.The fries were very good. The burger was decent but small for the money, and wasn’t even remotely hot. Cheese was still cold and completely unmelted. Shake was garbage. It costs $7 and tastes like a cheap, watery McDonald’s shake from a machine. For $7 you should be scooping fresh shakes like Fatburger, which is infinitely better and much cheaper. Shame on you.I would never return.

That's IT?? You guys are known for the huge portions of fries you give - however this was the first time I have ever been given such a small amount, and I ordered the large for over $7!?! C'mon (5) guys - don't cheap out just because I ordered delivery...
They don't charge you if you don't have the exact money, they told me that if my purchase was over $30 maybe that's the case, but since I only asked for a hamburger they wouldn't give me

I normally would do Ubereats with these guys but they weren't listed today. So I called to place the order, he said "Yeah no. We don't do orders for that many over the phone. We've had too many people prank and not pick up. I had 4 burgers. I offered to pay over the phone, he said no. Order on their website. I went to the website and the checkout was down! If my kid didn't request this for his birthday I would have taken my business somewhere else.I then went to the location, I'm the only person in there. No customers which doesn't surprise me! I hope the owners know how much money they are missing out on with this type of customer service.
