Absolutely delicious. Burgers are cooked to order so be prepared to wait. They really do taste like the old-school burgers your mom used to make at home by hand.The fries are top notch. They are thick cut, full length and seasoned to perfection. Only thing is that they cool very fast.

This is a really great burger! Happily surprised. The burger was delicious (ordered mine cooked medium), the fries were hot, the two people working there were lovely and accommodating and our complicated order was perfectly executed. A+... Def coming back!

The food was good, but I was not impressed by the service. I placed an order online and ten minutes later I received a confirmation email that the restaurant received my order. I waited another 15 minutes before I headed over there. It was about a ten minute drive. So they had a total of 35 minutes to complete my order. When I got there they told me that they had just gotten my order and they would start making it and it would be 15 minutes. I waited longer than 15 minutes and a customer who came in after me and ordered his food there at the counter, received his order before me. I might come back to see if the service is better next time, but I don't know.*Adding here since I'm not sure to reply to the restaurant's message**I'm very well aware that you're not a fast food restaurant and that your food is made to order, which is why I showed up 35 minutes AFTER I placed the order online. My issue is with the fact that when I got there, my order hadn't even been started yet and I had place it 35 MINUTES AGO! In all, the entire process of ordering, driving there, and actually receiving my food took almost an hour. I think that's well beyond your "15-20 minute" time frame that you state in your response. Maybe don't offer online ordering if it's not an efficient ordering process for your restaurant, especially if you can't give a customer a pickup time and they have to guess what time to show up for their food.

I will write this review in behave of my husband because he tried this place. He went to pick up the food and had a pleasant experience with the lady working there. He said she was very welcoming and even though he had to wait longer for his food then expected he didn't mind ( wish I can remember her name) . He enjoyed his cheese burger said the meat was fresh and the cheese fries could have used more cheese but overall was good. Next time I'll try I it as well.

Honestly me and my boyfriend came here for the first time just to try this place. The cashier took like 5 minutes just to take our order then took 30 mins to cook our food.. it seems like the employees don't even want to be working there tbh never come here!!
