This old-school breakfast spot has a simple menu, but the flavors are fantastic. The place was packed when we arrived, but the service was excellent, and the food was amazing. Parking in the plaza is limited, but there’s one-hour street parking available. I tried the chef’s special Huevos Rancheros, and it was delicious. The kids’ chocolate chip pancakes were a hit too!

Old skool breakfast place with really simple menu. Taste is great. Place was packed when we get there. Service was great. Food came out amazing. Parking in a plaza is very limited but you can find one hour street parking. I tried chef special Huevos Rancheros and it was great. Kids choclate chip Pancake was great too.

I absolutely love this place. I have been going there for well over twenty years. I have never had anything that was not good there and all the staff and the owners are so nice. You have to try this place. You will be hooked.

The food was so good, they had house made jam, pan toasted bread, crispy hot French Fries. The people were all so sweet and gave my dad endless coffee with out him even asking. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and it was decently quick.

A+ all around! We came up through a crazy morning of LA traffic frazzled and hungry on our way to Universal Studios. Wanting to have a nice sit down breakfast we got so lucky we found Good Neighbor! Everything went so smoothly, and food was out so quickly! From being warmly greeted at the front door, to the wonderful staff, the food hit the spot, endless coffee…. I just can’t say enough good things! So if you’re in the area and want a wonderful breakfast with smiles and coffee, this is your place! (Our 8yo loved the chocolate pancakes and I loved their Breakfast Sandwich with bacon, the side potatoes were to die for!)

Kid-friendliness: They immediately brought out the picture and crayons! Again, highly recommend the chocolate pancakes!
