Hugo's Tacos Studio City

Tasteless food. I ordered a burrito bowl and I'm not going back to this place. Food was very dry, beans, asada meat, and very small portion of greens (lettuce).
$15 only the bowl (no rice), no drink, it doesn't even come with chips. I feel it was too expensive for what they gave me.

Honestly the worst Mexican food I’ve ever eaten, I ordered a chicken burrito bowl to go, and it had no flavor at all, I had the worst lunch ever

This place asada burrito is fire!!!! Especially the salsa. I love the heat. The salsa creeps up but in a good way. The meat is soft and juicy. Then to top it off, the music mix is great!! Quebradita mix is awesome!!!!..

Terrible! got it delivered and the chicken was inedible, the nachos lacked any flavor… cheese tasted old and they didn’t even add guacamole on top as shown advertised. I will never order here again.
The churros was the only okay thing and even that was bad.

Got there at 8:30 last night and ordered tacos and burritos for the family. Carne Asada. I guess they must have been soon to closing because the meat they served us was inedible. It was all the fatty, grimy pieces that they served us. I had to throw away my burrito and my kids had to rearrange their three tacos into one taco they could eat. They had to know what they as it spanned six tacos and a burrito and didn't care. I was so excited to try this place as I've seen it for years, and now I will never set foot there again.

I had a bad experience today with small chicken bone pieces in my chicken bowl. The third time it happened I lost interest in finishing my bowl and had to throw out the rest because it was so painful to keep coming across bone pieces in the ground chicken [edit: even a couple of days later and I’m still sore from biting down on the bones.]
I have also had the experience of coming home with an order missing all the salsa, lettuce, cotija, and guacamole that I requested on my bowl, but it was too late to go back.
They do have yummy food, I especially like their carne asada compared to anything else and the crunchy carne asada taco is very good especially if you add all the fixings they allow - cotija, beans, salsas, and more. If you order online it’s a lot easier to see what options they have available, as it is a lot. Otherwise the taco can be dry, which was my first experience because I didn’t realize there were options when I just stopped by at the counter one day. I think it would be nice if the person who takes the order would point that out to people.
I hope they work on these issues.

Food and service always amazing! I have food allergies that are severe and it's the only place I can get a Burrito in town and the taqitos are always a huge favorite!!!! Staff is in a tiny box all day and manage to have a great attitude not an easy thing at all!!!
