Went for lunch today, clearly stated I had an allergy and then they served me the wrong sandwich assuring me the one I had was allergen free, it was indeed not and they took no accountability. I guess they don’t take food allergies seriously.
Wouldn’t recommend going here.

Great little Italian restaurant with super friendly, attentive, and funny waitress Kelsey 😊 The drinks came promptly, the food was delicious, and we got lots of great tips for things to do in the city. Highly recommended 👍

Absolutely horrible. Avoid at all costs.
I came in for a quick bite on the go. Was told there is only table seating. Took a seat and ordered what seemed the quickest, little paninis. The waitress, Kelsie, brought out the sandwiches both of which had mayonnaise on them. The menu didn’t say that. As if a person who can’t eat mayo would not have a lifetime of experience looking for that word on menus.
But she said the menu did. So I asked to see the menu. It didn’t say that and I pointed it out.
She said flatly and with a rude tone: “well it comes with it.”
I said it really should say it somewhere. She then says “you know what I’ll just refund your money” really flat and like she’s somehow upset with me.
No apology. No asking if they could remake it. Nothing but attitude for something I didn’t cause. I just left the sandwiches uneaten in the table and said she was really horrible. And she said “thanks.”
I have not seen such disregard for customer experience in years. How can they stay in business with this sort of staffing?

I haven't been in awhile but I used to get their chicken pesto panini at least once a week. I was surprised when I showed up to pick up my sandwiches during lunch and they were not busy at all. Now I know why. $40 for two sandwiches!!! Outrageous!! I will never be coming back here again. I can get much bigger sandwiches with chips and a drink for less than 1 sandwich here. So disappointing.

I got the chopped salad and pink sauce penne. The chopped salad was fine, nothing special. Dressing was good. The pasta was incredibly disappointing. The pasta was so overcooked to the point of being inedible. Sauce was bad. Overall, the meal tasted like it was from some cheap, imposter Italian place. Nothing authentic or highly quality.
Love the chicken sandwich with pesto! My absolute favorite!

My go to in the area. I'm super picky with my Italian chopped salads and this one is A+. Better than Il Scala in my opinion. Plus the owners are SO sweet!
