Moving back to LA from Atlanta has been an experience within itself but to get poor customer service from people preparing your food is the worst. She threw my food down and clearly had an attitude. I’m just gonna say we all have bad days but showing me you don’t care and treating people a certain way for no reason is sad. Just ate my bowl i ordered and it was horrible too much peanut butter and just not good. The impossible sandwich was good so I guess I will get that again at another location.

I have had jamba juice for as long as I remember ! I asked for strawberry banana smoothie which ended up tasting like frozen ice and pineapple smoothie which tasted expired like expired strawberries, no pineapple in it ! Both smoothies are pink and tasteless ! The two very young girls arguing that it is made out of fresh fruit!!!! Obviously! But fresh fruit can also spoil ! Terrible smoothie ? ! Waste of money ! We order smoothies all the time from other locations , this one was beyond horrible , both drinks paid and thrown out , it tasted liked sour expired milk ! Someone check the products, tasteless colorless , and got knows maybe spoiled too !

Unfortunately I wasn't happy with the way my peanut butter mood was made, kinda rushed. I recommend ordering ahead using the app that way they take time to make the drink correctly.

This plaza really is a nice little area to just relax and get something to eat & drink or even to do some grocery shopping. It has such an interesting layout and design that when you're in the middle of the center, you don't feel like you're smack dab in the middle of LA even tho that's exactly where you are. Having been to several different shopping centers in that same area and nearby Studio City I can say with full confidence that this is 100% the nicest shopping center northeast of Century City!!

Overall this location does a great job at getting my order correct. I have had a couple of experiences where the employees have been rude but for the most part majority of the team has a good attitude. Today I was told by an employee to download their new app, but after downloading and intending to get points for my purchase today, the app prompted that it will not be live until the end of June.

I was very pleased with my many visits to this particular Jamba juice in studio City. usually there is a line, similar to that a Starbucks witches next door, but they are quite efficient, the store is very clean- and I would like to give kudos to the young adults that run the store on a daily basis. Not only are there drinks tasty, but you have got to try one of those waffles for a breakfast treat.
