Absolutely loved the bar, the ambience, customer service. Brought my BFF from out of town. Stephanie was great. We ordered Meemaw's beer cheese, it lived up to all the hype. We missed Jax. Hope to see him next time. We'll be back.

My friend and I drove from San Diego for a VPR crawl for my birthday. We started at Jax's and were greeted by Jax when we walked in. He was so nice and made sure everyone at his bar was having a good time. I didn't get to try the beer cheese, it was out of commission but the drinks and sliders were good. We went to TomTom and SUR but had the most fun at Jax's. Def can't wait to come back.

Jax is having to push his bar because of lack of customers. Flag for me was picnic tables, not a place to dress nicely & hang out. Food is ok, but nothing to write home about. Atmosphere is confusing, actually uncomfortable. Drop in after working in the yard for nachos & a beer place is the just of it. Also, Jax tries to compare himself with Swartz’s & Sandy’s, no comparison…one’s a dive bar with the other being a classy cocktail lounge. Sorry Jax, I give you two years tops & you’ll be gone.

My Girlfriend wanted to see this place . Its a dive , the overpriced beer cheese was horrid . The staff was videoing while we were sitting there. Very loud and weird layout . Picnic table inside was weird . not returning , save your money .

Jax's is a Great Addition to Studio City. Plus Jax actually hangs out with everyone and plays Darts. Prices are fine, his Food is Delicious. I Was Psyched to see he put Mamaw's Beer Cheese on the menu. I love that Mamaw!! She's a FireCracker. Huge Warm Pretzel to dip. Ive had Jax's Tacos and The Cxn Parm Entrée is my Favorite! They make it NY Style. Cxn is pounded flat. Breaded and fried. RedSauce is a San Marzano Tomato sweet sauce with plenty of Garlic. Plenty of Mozzarella and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Ceasar Salad was Enormous!! He has Lots of Cold Beer, Wine, Craft Ctails. The Staff is clearly happy to be here. So, Here's to your Success Jax! 5stars. Can you get us a Pinball Game too?

Great food! Everything is super reasonably priced and good portion sizes! The service was great for a really busy night so i can't come plain! & the whole ambiance of the restaurant is amazing! Love the 2 separate rooms. Overall great experience and would definitely go back!

Went to the Valley Viewing party to go enjoy some good food and drinks. This place is super cute! Vibe is Jax was there bussing tables and such a great host! Super friendly and humble guy. I can't wait to go back again!

The food was mostly good (honestly was expecting it to be bad and it was surprisingly better than anticipated) but let's be real, the reason you come here is to see Jax and others from Vanderpump Rules / Bravo. And for that, it was fun. Drinks: When I say the drinks were terrible... omg I can't believe what I paid. The espresso martini was... not it. The margarita was disgusting, overly syrupy, and just bad. But when I ordered the vodka soda... HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP?! It was so bad. The ratio? The brands? The fact that they put fake lime juice in it when I asked for a lime on the side? I don't know but it was bad. Food: pretty good, for bar food. The truffle fries were the best we ordered. The sliders were simple but good. The artichoke was okay. And the Bianca flatbread was fine. It wasn't bad by any means, but it wasn't great? When you're drunk watching sports the food would be solid, but if you're having a chill night, the food is just fine. Service: I totally understand that we came on a busy night, but omg the service was SO slow. We were constantly ignored (at our table - not just fending for ourselves at the bar) and when we were able to flag down a server, they were not friendly. Our food runners and bussers, however, were amazing and sooo friendly. Would I go back for a VPR event or sighting? Sure. But I would not come back for a random night out. Just truly not worth it. TomTom and SUR on the other hand? WORTH IT.

No. Not because its bad but because there are better options out there. If you are a Vanderpump Rules fan, you should come check this place out at least once. The food menu was extensive which I appreciated. There were plenty of options which would appeal to many tastes. My party had Mamaw's Beer Cheese, Greek Salad, and some kind of Truffle Fries. They were all great but nothing to write home about. I would be curious to try some of the other food here as well. They seemed to have some other yummy options. Curious about the Beer cheese? It is a traditional Kentucky Beer Cheese and is served cold. The overall taste reminded me of the cheese that comes in the snack packs for kids with the little pretzel sticks. It tasted like American Cheese and no clear beer flavor. That might appeal to someone but it wasn't really my cup of tea. The pretzel it came with though was very good, soft and warm. The drinks I had were The Brittany: Sweet Tea and Espresso Martini. Both solid drinks but ultimately nothing amazing about them. I came here on a Saturday at about 3/4pm. It was a little slow. The ambiance is nice and the decor is nice as well. Again, I would come here if someone wanted to check it out or if we were nearby. I really wanted to be blown away. But ultimately I would pass for something else.

Okay so. I'm not normally one for a "celebrity" spot BUT. They've done an amazing job with the space. The service is amazing-special shout out to my girl Stephanie! Drinks are great pours and seating is ample. Great trivia and karaoke nights. Honestly, if I lived in the valley (which friends are trying) it would be a local hang for me.

Pretzel with Mamaw's beer cheese should be called The #1 Pretzel, lol! I ate the whole thang, what a Treat! I also had a delicious Old Fashioned cocktail, purchased 3 Tee Shirts. I was just going to get Merch, it was VPR Watch Party Night...woohoo! My dog and I had a great table...couch seating very comfortable! Service was excellent, thank you so much! PLEASE SELL THE 'MAMAW'S' PRETZEL/CHEESE BOARD...My server going to suggest on my behalf...(Coffee too please...Jax's Mug souvenirs...coffee menu...Java By Jax) :)))Parking: Very close to Bar...easy and close the last time too!
