This location is convenient when you are in Studio City. Service is usually very good, but one bad experience is keeping service from 6 stars.

I stopped in this location today for a gluten-free sub and I was so impressed by how careful they were to avoid gluten contamination. Being able to find gluten-free food that tastes good is pretty great, but I don't think I've seen another place that was this careful to avoid shared places or clean shared equipment that had to be used.

I recently visited the Jersey Mike's in Studio City, and it was honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I've had at this chain. From the moment I arrived, I noticed an employee sitting outside on break, and inside, the tables were dirty and covered in leftover trash. One employee was even taking up one of the few tables, glued to his phone in uniform. The lack of professionalism was glaring.
When I placed my order, the portion of tuna was noticeably smaller than usual. Instead of addressing my concern professionally or offering to upsell more tuna, the employee snarkily dismissed me. He turned around, shook his head, and even rolled his eyes at his manager. They both looked at me in a way that made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's clear that the Studio City location needs to go back to the drawing board when it comes to customer service and training.
In contrast, I drove just 12 minutes to another Jersey Mike's location on Hollywood Way in Burbank directly after this, and the experience couldn't have been better. The staff there were attentive, proactive, and made sure I had a fantastic experience—the Jersey Mike's way.
And just for context: I’m actually from Point Pleasant, New Jersey—where it all began. Jersey Mike’s isn’t just another sandwich shop to me; it’s a taste of home. That’s why this experience was especially disappointing. I know how good it should be.

In store experiences are always the best. Most of the crew is usually chatty. If it isn't lunch/rush time. Sandwiches are always quality. I do find the app t be spotty for ordering when using a store specific coupon. If it is a national promo or from an email it normally goes smoothly. At 2 different stores with 2 different promotional coupons neither were able to go through on the app.
