I have been going here since before it was Jinky's. I am glad that Jinky's replaced the previous place. Their food, atmosphere inside and out, and menu is fantastic for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I mainly go here for their turkey chili bowl and ice tea. Parking can be a little tricky, so pay attention to the signs. The people from the other businesses tend to confront you if you park in their spot.

They will bring your food to your table literally the next day that's how long it takes this guy's to serve your food I told him I do not eat pork in my sandwich and they brought pork instead of Turkey they took it back you took them 45 minutes to bring back my food they are extremely understaffed the restaurant is not clean just take a look at the ceiling if you have a chance

Visited multiple times over the past couple of years, and it still has the same issues. Lack of consistency. Bacon comes out burnt apparently as a standard. Potatoes, when asked for crispy, are undercooked. Ranch was watered down as if so save on costs it was disgusting. Sandwiches arrive with a knife stabbed into it, ruining the bread by now having a giant hole in it. It's deconstructed, so you have to assemble it even though ingredients are listed, so you can easily ask to omit items. The bread was soaked & falling apart from the chicken on it. Breakfast is the only decent thing there. Then, to top it off, they add a 3.95% surcharge to cover minimum wage. That's supposed to be factored into the prices! There's a thing called food cost where you factor in everything & should be at an average of 30% margin. Alcohol of average 18-20%. This is ridiculous. Then we're expected to tip on top of that when the food comes out wrong, different each visit, or mangled and falling apart. After giving this place multiple chances in hopes of really liking it, we've been disappointed more than happy.

I have eaten at several other Jinky's. The food at the studio city location was subpar. The omelette was cold and the potatoes were undercooked and flavorless. There is no official parking lot so it is difficult to find parking for this location and the interior is run down.

Been there a handful of times every time I go visit my good friend that lived in Studio City. This is his favorite place to go have breakfast.

Jinkys was our favorite place to go with our doggies for brunch . We were very sad when they changed their hours and closed at 3pm & even more sad now because they ruined their patio taking out all the grass and plants . Why ?
All the charm is gone now , it is just bare concrete & ugly. My friends and I all go there all the time with our dogs & the grass & plants was the best part of the patio !
I also heard they are turning it into a hooka lounge? ?? Where is all the Jinkys charm that was once and all day breakfast place?
What happened to this place? So sad that we now have to find a new brunch patio spot . ?

15 year costumer.Food is consistently decent.Atmosphere, good enough to come back.Service is good enough for when you eat there but god forbid you order to go. Terrible. Check your food. Check for utensils, napkins, condiments and most importantly the whole order. First time takeout mistake, ok. Second time mistakes; benefit of the doubt. But when takeout order is consistently terrible. Big fat F! Also, check for freshness, it’s like they separate the old food for takeout orders. Always old lettuce for takeout salads. Salads mostly fresh when dine-in. It’s hard to sympathize for food workers when all they want is your tip but no extra effort. If you don’t tip, order and food is bad. If you do tip it’s also bad and wrong.Ordered:1. $19 Caesar salad with grilled chicken; received 1 scraps salad.1. $19 Greek salad with “Crispy” chicken; received a scrap salad with grilled chicken. lol and they forgot my iced coffee.Tater tots are delicious but I don’t think you can screw those up.

Very convenient brunch spot, good food options and fun drink specials! It wasn't even that busy around noon on the weekend, so I was happy how fast everything came out. Outdoor seating was quiet even if it was right next to the road!

They put a stale pre-made SWEET crepe with a savory filling YUCK! It was stiff and cold. After several tries we're not going here anymore. Even the wait staff is unhappy. Try another location- there's one not far on Ventura in Sherman Oaks.

Our group of 5 met at 1 pm on a Thursday afternoon. We sat outside because the weather was nice, but we had to clear off the table ourselves. They had a large selection of breakfast meals as you would expect from a breakfast place (they close at 3:00) and other common food like burgers and salads. I ordered a regular burger with onion rings, and my bf ordered the Hangover burger and fries. Food was good (between $15 - $20 with an additional surcharge of 4% added to that)... but my server kept forgetting the lemon to my iced tea and mayo for my burger. Service was okay. I would try coming again though.
