Our family is a fan of Jinya and have been coming here for years. The food is good, service though is why we come back.

I cannot recommend this spot for weekend takeout, and my past dine-in experiences haven't been much better. For takeout, despite arriving at the scheduled pickup time, I still had to wait. By the time I got the food, the broth was lukewarm, too cold to loosen the noodles, which had clumped into a solid mass. The broth was also overly salty, and my mochi ice cream was missing entirely.
Dine-in is similarly frustrating with long wait times, though the cocktails do arrive quickly. The food is inconsistent at best, which is a shame because the servers and staff are always genuinely friendly.

This is a nice ramen place. Service was great, from joining waitlist to checkout. Not the best sashimi but ramen soup was decent. Definitely will come back again.

First time dining here in person and the tonkotsu ramen original was fantastic! Also had the pork gyoza and was delicious as well. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back!
