First time dining here in person and the tonkotsu ramen original was fantastic! Also had the pork gyoza and was delicious as well. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back!

The main thing with Jinya is that it can be hit or miss depending on when you go and if you stay to eat in versus taking food to-go.
We usually take food to-go but we've also grabbed a table on occasion. Usually, when you're there to eat, the experience is pretty good. Some days though the wait to get a table can be crazy long (an hour?!?) with them not always turning over empty tables quickly so it seems ridiculous at times.
