The food is solid but nothing special. Chicken can be dry. Staff is pleasant, no atmosphere. To be fair it is take out.

Really good. The portions are just a bit stingy for the price. I'd prefer the plate was like $22 instead of $18, and bigger. Still through, the quality is amazing. If your going with a friend split the potatoes to round out the meal, and your belly. Very high quality meal, loved it.

Grabbed takeout dinner for my family on a Friday afternoon and it was THE BEST. Juicy chicken, crunchy salad. The garlic sauce! The chili oil! I put it in my fridge and use it on everything for days afterwards. My kids loved the chicken soup. Take me back.

Most mediocre rotisserie chicken place I’ve ever eaten at. I shouldn’t say “at” since they have no seats so you’re not even paying their ridiculous prices for the real estate. The plaza is nice, but seriously not worth premium prices for meh food. I wanted to like this so bad but you guys really need to step it up. It seems that you’re catering to privileged dumb dumbs who will pay anything and consume anything. Worst of all, the bland flavorless chicken was cold. I don’t typically write bad reviews but for a $19 tiny and cold chicken bowl with a little rice and greens, the owner must enhance the menu fast. Honestly, not to be harsh, but it was a pathetic first impression.

Kismet is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made us feel right at home, offering great recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect. And the food? Unreal. Every dish was beautifully prepared, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully crafted. You can taste the quality and care in every bite. Whether you’re coming for a casual meal or a special night out, Kismet delivers an unforgettable experience. Already counting down the days until we go back!

Wow! I’ve heard of the place but never had the pleasure to experience it until today I was in the neighborhood and couldn’t think of what to eat (story of my life) saw kismet and its run as to go you have plenty of seats otherwise if you did want to sit the warm and inviting server at the front explained everything and was so nice and easy going, I ordered the chicken plate bc it was as recommended and oh man it did not disappoint it’s so good and so simple and in a take out box it made me feel bad bc I can’t imagine what it’s like plated for a to “eat there” situation. I honestly can’t wait to go back! The photo doesn’t do it justice! Long live kismet! Thank you for a great affordable meal!

Great salad and sandwich, brings a necessary variety to the strip mall

This was disappointing. I’ve eaten at the Kismet in Hollywood and at the falafel place they used to have in the Grand Central Market.

They’re located in the newish Sportsman’s Lodge center which is a lovely outdoor setting.

On to the food. The chicken was dried out, but wonderfully seasoned. Unfortunately at $18 for two small pieces of dark meat way overpriced. I also got their chicken soup which was delicious. The person behind the counter looked like she’d be anywhere other than where she was.

I so badly wanted to like this place.

I am completely obsessed w Kismet Rotisserie. Not only is it EASY to get to and the staff is sooo friendly and on top of it. I go here alllllll the time because most importantly the food is ABSURDly good. The hummus, the chicken, the POTATOes, the salad. I often get the meal for two and it's such a good price and I always feel full but healthy after. Love love love this place.

I’ve been going to Kismet in Hollywood/ Los Feliz for years! It was my absolute favorite lunch spot!

Today I was passing by Studio City and saw Kismet, got excited, and decided to grab lunch here, to my surprise it was a very disappointing experience here at the Studio City location!

First, the employee wasn’t hospitable at all! She seemed like she cared more about folding boxes than the customer!

I ordered my usual chicken pita sandwich. It was disgusting! The onion and the greens weren’t mixed in, so I had to eat through all the onion and greens before I reached the chicken. At the other location each bite you get a healthy mix of pickled onion, green, cucumber salad, and chicken! Finally, when I reached the chicken, it was a huge whole piece of chicken breast, it was so dry and not seasoned at all! Tasted like a water-boiled chicken breast! I almost puked! I took out the chicken breast and fed it to my dog!

I spontaneously stopped by and was excited to try it. it looked very promising and healthy. I got the plate for 2 and the potatoes.
I live pretty far so when I got home after a very long day and very hungry, I was very disappointed to see they gave me raw chicken meat. The rest was good but this is supposed to be their main thing on the menu, how do you not see the blood cutting it in half?? WILD

We ordered from Kismet Rotisserie for lunch today, and it was a fantastic meal! We went for a whole chicken, along with hummus, tzatziki, wedge pickles, pita, garlic, and chili.

• Chicken: The whole chicken was perfectly roasted—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The skin had a nice crisp, while the meat remained tender and moist.
• Sides: The hummus and tzatziki were both delicious, fresh, and creamy, complementing the chicken nicely. The wedge pickles added a tangy crunch, which was a great contrast to the richness of the chicken.
• Extras: The pita was soft and warm, perfect for scooping up the hummus and tzatziki. The garlic and chili packed a punch, adding an extra layer of flavor and spice to the meal.

Overall, it was a well-rounded, flavorful lunch that hit the spot. We’ll definitely be ordering from Kismet Rotisserie again!

I really enjoy the food here but the first time I ordered one of the workers was incredible rude to my partner and I and has been every time we go. One time he was obviously training someone and was rolling his eyes at her and we could tell she felt really nervous working with him. We felt really bad for her.
He’s always short and says things in a very passive aggressive way with a long stare. He also hates it when you ask questions about the menu (there was no one waiting to order behind us) or when you need help inserting your card in the machine…that really annoys him. No longer coming back after today because he has no customer service skills and is a bad representation of the company.

Dietary restrictions: Great food for people with diary allergies but the guy working hated being bothered with questions.
