Justin was super helpful and super attentive. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit here. He was awesome and gave superb customer service.
A group of us have been coming here for years. We always sit on the patio which is large, shaded or sunny, and comfy. The food is excellent and the staff are always friendly. Great spot to spend an afternoon.

More alternative vibe than other bars in the area. Great music and beer. The sliders and nachos were to die for. Highly recommend for a quick brew and nosh.

I discovered the 2Towns huckleberry cider here and if you're a fan of cider or sweeter drinks, I can't recommend it enough. I haven't found this flavor anywhere else yet and it was so good that it was all I drank while I was here. The party melt was also delicious if you're looking for some food!

TL;DR: Lively after work bar with good drinks, solid food, and fast crowds. Go early if you want space.
We came just before 6 and it was already filling up. Within minutes it shifted from relaxed to busy, which fits the vibe here. Friendly bartenders, quick service at the bar, and a crowd that likes a lively, social atmosphere. If you like energy, it delivers.
Food is dependable for a bar menu. The fried chicken sliders have good crunch and the wings come out hot with a nice char. Drinks are good. Seating is first come first serve and the bench seating is not the most comfortable, but it works for a casual hang.
Parking is the biggest drawback depending on time. Ventura is packed during peak hours and the small lot fills fast, so off hours are better.
Pro Tips:
• Arrive before 6 if you want a guaranteed seat.
• Parking is rough. Plan to walk or rideshare.
• Order at the bar and you can keep your tab open

Great place without any pretentious vibe. cozy atmosphere, nice music, and a comfortable setting. Bartender Nick makes really good cocktails, you can tell he knows what he’s doing. The food is also great, the burgers are absolutely delicious and juicy. Perfect spot to come on a Friday after a long work week. Definitely coming back!

Laurel Tavern has something for every taste bud. They have wine, beer, cocktails, and good food. Their burgers are some of the best in the valley.
They staff is also very friendly and helpful. We were there with a large group and they constantly cleared our table of empty plates and glasses.
You order at the bar, one inside, and one is sometimes available outside in the back. Then food is delivered to your table.
This visit we also had the pork belly appitizer. It was amazing. Crispy on the outside and tender and slightly chewy on the inside. The sauce was a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and smoky. Their chefs are on fire 🔥.

Showed up at 4:30pm on a Saturday patio was sorta lively, bar was not that busy. Sat down at the bar and waited 15 min for a bartender to acknowledge my existence. When I told one of the bartenders I’ve been sitting down at the bar for 15 and nobody has said hi…her reply was..”there is a glare from the sun sometimes” 🤣 “cough …bullshit..cough”. Noticed they knew all the locals though. Overall not bad spot but the bartenders could definitely use some “human” contact training. Pay attention to all your customers LT

Seating arrangement in the outside was terrible!
They have big party reservations and kick you out if the party arrives.
Food was good that’s why one additional star otherwise not good
This place has great food for lunch and a good happy hour margarita. Their chicken sliders and spinach dip are my personal favorites and they always come out fast.
It is order at the bar service and can get really busy at times.
