It's one of my go-to brunch spots. Love the pastries and omelets!

Very noisy, no free parking at all. And they put very little children in my chicken salad

I used to come here a lot with my mom, so my liking for this place is partly nostalgic. During my recent visit to LA, I so enjoyed coming into Le Pain Quotidien for coffee and an early AM scone. I also bought pastries here as gifts for relatives I was visiting. Staff at this time are marvelous -- friendly, professional, very warm. I felt very at home here. Drinks are excellent -- I loved the decaf latte and iced matcha latte. I will say prices seem high to me, but then again, I so rarely eat out, and in LA almost never. So take my perspective with a grain of salt. For me, the music is a little too loud, but not terrible.

The service here is so bad. I can’t believe some of the people working here haven’t been fired yet. I sat with a table of 3 and our waiter was the most careless and annoyed waiter I’ve ever seen. Apparently asking for water is an annoyance and will be met with this waiter “accidentally” spilling coffee on the table. He didn’t clean it up either, he spilled it and walked away lol. Our food arrived and it was whatever. I used to go to the Manhattan Beach location a lot and this location isn’t even close in terms of service and quality of food. But that’s fine. The service was what left a worse taste than the food. Just like some of the other reviewers said as well, we had to go inside to pay because our waiter was nowhere to be found after dropping off the bill. The woman inside was annoyed but did it anyways. I NEVER leave no tip but this time I really felt like our waiter didn’t deserve one. The lady at the register rolled her eyes and stormed off without a word when she saw I left no tip.

The people working here need to be retrained urgently, but who knows if they’ll even change their ways after that. It was soul sucking to be in here and I’m sure the employees feel the same considering the way they act. Go to the other location down the street instead. This one is sad.

A few days ago, my granddaughter took me to Le Pain Quotidien as a treat. I usually go to the one in Westwood; however, since she lives closer to the Studio City location, we went there.

The food is always on par; the lentil soup is to die for! The pastries are beautiful, and the presentation is immaculate. However, the service—particularly the management—I cannot say the same. There was a lady with short, curly blonde hair and glasses, standing tall with the most negative look on her face. I could tell she was management because of her attire. The servers and baristas looked really uncomfortable around her, and the laid-back/comforting environment was compromised due to this. Unclear if she was the manager or assistant manager. But she barely did any work as the wait staff hustled with fast traffic and incoming orders.

I'm usually not one to post a negative review, but this woman left a bad taste in my mouth. As a 10-year manager myself, I would expect top management to be team players, not a scanning machine. Whoever is in charge of top management at this location, do better. I could tell your team works hard to accomidate so why can't you?

I love Le Pain for their food. I love meeting there for chats with my girlfriends ❤️ Perfect spot for that! The service and hospitality can be improved though. It is also a bummer that they closed many locations which is not a good sigh for business either. However I ll be back for sure because food is great and it gives me a glimpse of feeling as if I am in Europe again 🥰

As of the wild fires this place has raised the prices by a whopping %40! I belive that's pretty much price gouging but I'm just not going to go here anymore. It's a shame I've been going here for years and it's walking distance from my house

i would give them 0. they served food in dirty dishes. we found lipstick's mark on a glass, found hair in a cream and absolutely all dishes were dirty. i am not joking. disgusting.

I've ordered from Le Pain Quotidien on Too Good To Go a couple of times for a quick bite after work. The box typically contains 4 pieces of pastry or more. This store in particular gave me 3 and was adamant about adding more.

The cashier's expression also turned sour when I mentioned Too Good To Go. I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering unless they're buying in-store.
