First and last time for me - I Was told SO many good things about this and read SO many great reviews... Initially, I was drawn to the cool decor, but soon encountered an uncomfortable silence and awkward atmosphere, the employee wasn't welcoming or friendly, the restaurant was deserted, and no visible menu. Instead, we had to scan a sheet of paper sitting by the cash register with our phones to see the menu, but it lacked pricing and other information. Resorting to Google, I searched for the restaurant, navigated to some website with Lucifer's menu and pricing, only to discover the prices were likely inaccurate. When I ordered an XL pizza - Prosciutto Pollo, 2 bottled diet cokes, and 1 order of Cajun fries, I was charged a little over $50... I've never encountered such exorbitant pricing for mediocre service that felt cold and unwelcoming. Maybe we visited at a bad time? I Had to leave due to an emergency so I asked them to pack my order to go and didn't try the food there. I tried the fries on my way home and they were straight up BURNT and were absolutely disgusting, I didn't taste any "Cajun" at all just char. I was so mad I didn't even bother trying the pizza. $50 down the drain.

It pains me to write this review. Lucifers was our go-to pizza shop, but no more. The last few times, our pizza has been dry and hard. This past weekend, we received the worst service and finally had enough. My daughter was having her first playdate, so we ordered pizza for the four girls. The pizza was cold, burnt, hard, and barely had any cheese. When I called to speak to the manager, her told me there was nothing he could do for me and that they did nothing wrong. What is this good customer service? NO! Now you have lost a loyal customer. Luckily Prince Street pizza just opened up down the block.

In my opinion Lucifer's Pizza whether it be the location in Los Feliz who serve a great pizza with her special kind of arrogance and attitude or the location in Studio City which is easier to park and has somewhat friendly staff then the other location I mentioned. You have to really give a 10 out of 10 for their service and quality at either location this Pizza to me is the best in the city even if it is probably the most expensive for a large pizza LOL like the saying goes you get what you pay for and in this case you get top quality beautiful tasty Fantastic Pizza

Have family in town and suggested my favorite pizza place Lucifer's. Ordered for delivery and ordered a salad. The cucumbers have gone bad and have some sort of slime and at least 20% of the lettuce is wilted or rotten. I am just disappointed. The pizza is fine. Lucky everyone in my house that can eat pizza.

Awful service. Drove here with my family and was told we'd have to wait an hour and a half despite the place being empty. Don't waste your time.

I just don’t understand this place. The pizza is good, but the first time we came here, we dined in and they only brought one pizza and didn’t put the order for the second one. The second time we got a takeout and I ordered online but when we came to pick it up, they said they didn’t see the online order. Today I ordered by PHONE and was told the wait will be one hour and when I came, they once again didn’t have it ready. Was told the ‘ticket didn’t print’. I just don’t get how else am I supposed to order.

What happened to the spicy levels?! Or is it just not available through delivery?Despite my plight, this place never disappoints and is a solid go to for pizza Friday!

top-tier pizza! The prices are quite reasonable for the quality. The pizza crust is wonderfully thin, reminiscent of the delicious pizza I've had in Italy. It's delightfully saucy too. I placed a to-go order and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order was ready. The restaurant's dark ambiance adds a unique and somewhat vampire-like charm, making it a memorable dining experience. I'll definitely be returning for more

Really delicious pizza, at first I was worried the portion size wasn't enough but it was perfect. They even had a gluten free crust option for my gf.

I hate writing bad reviews! I'm nice guy, I assume the best of people, but come on...I live next door and wish I could be a regular, but the quality is too inconsistent :(Ordered seasoned fries and they literally only tasted like potato. Made the effort to go back just to ask for more seasoning and they said I was wrong. They refused to add more. Why? What a small/dumb thing to push back on after making the effort to return. This isn't the first time their seasoned fries underdelivered. Ugh.I feel so silly complaining, but it's happened so many times and the wasted effort makes me feel like I have to warn people.

Not good. Stale, doughy, tough to chew, bland. Costco pizza is better. Heck dominos is better. I guess the pizza is good if your in hell, hence the name.
