Manager was rude, order was late and wrong. Manager unapologetic and told me I should have called instead of placing order online. Refused to remake my order and told me to go online to process refund. I was terribly inconvenienced and I patronized this place often for team meetings. Never again, Western Bagel has a better variety and price point.

I love their food but the cashier is very racist whenever she serves me she does so reluctantly unlike how she serves the other customers she almost knocks my glasses over, the service should be the same for everyone

This location is amazing. I wish I knew the managers name that helped me so I could give her a shoutout. I called right when they opened and ordered 2 bakers dozens and 2 travelers of coffee. Asked if she can have it ready in 30 mins and she didn’t even hesitate. Everything was ready at pickup. Bagels were fresh and delicious. Coffee was fresh and hot. And, she was kind enough to help me to my car since I had a couple of small other items. Thanks team Studio City!

Have been going to Manhattan Bagel for several years when they were in Santa Monica to Studio City ca ...always authentic NY bagels....however, bought some onion bagel today....awful...bland, even the onions were different...looks like completely changed the recipe..for the worst...I'm shocked...I usually buy 2 dozen and freeze them...Now I have 2 dozen horrible onion bagels...I don't know if it was an anomaly or not...I'm angry and disappointed!!

If Bagel got burnt, they should have decency to throw it away and give new bagel. Instead they served me fully burnt bagel to eat.

I had the everything bagel ? with cream cheese and it was Everything...thanks so much. You all made my day with this heavily soft and seeded just right...yummmmm

I believe this location is now under new ownership, though the people who worked here before were nice….everything now is so much more clean. The coffee used to taste old and burnt, now their coffee is 10/10. Ive now gotten cold brew 3 times just this week. The food is fresh and worth it for the price. The staff is also great :)

Board menu list coffee latte $4.79 but they charge $5.19. When I spoke up about difference, I was told it was a corporate issue. Employees could not fix without manager approval who was not on premises. Wanted to waste my time by having me wait for who knows how long so they would know what to do to fix problems. Not a good business face and no refund so I left in frustration.

I have been to this place twice . And for some reason I am starting to think they just don’t seem to comprehend or there could be a whole language barrier. But I digress the first time I visited this place my order was WRONG! They gave me the wrong bagels and items . I didn’t have enough time to drive back but instead I waste my money that day !Just Monday April 29th I decided to go back . Hopefully they wouldn’t mess up my order, just MAYBE! Me and my husband waited 20mins for or order . Maybe because it was a large order. They messed up the entire order and we were missing items . And let me explain to you what really irritated me. I remember telling them I wanted EGG WHITES. One of my bagels had a regular egg . I don’t eat regular eggs . Again ended upWasting my money! This particular spot was a horrible experience and I hope they read this review .
