Very poor service in regard to taking telephone orders for pick-up. Often their phone rings without being answered. No voice-mail. No option to email the store to place an order. So if you don't wish to use a delivery service - you are out of luck with making advance orders. Which are essential for a large order. Adding a voice-mail option and/or a direct email option is being customer-friendly 101. The corporate owners of Einstein Bagels don't seem to subscribe to common courtesy to customers. And don't seem to care about losing business.

The restaurant employee said that the restaurant was closed and the order was cancelled.

Their coffee beans are clearly high quality and expertly brewed.

Really good bagels, but the morning rush can make for some understandably upset employees.

Still really good, but would recommend getting newer electronic payment processors.

Busy parking lot but they definitely work it as fast as they can here. It’s super busy but the quality of food is good and well priced

The attitude the main lady gives here is crazy. It’s so interesting that there’s so many reviews about it but nothing is done. No one here is happy to work here. Something that looks like Mold where the orange juice is. Got my order wrong. If you want to come here just do yourself a favor and go to Noah’s bagels instead, same menu but way cleaner and better customer service. Such a shame since I really do love Einstein bagels but this location is not it.

One of the best bagel places in LA. We got the Lox and Texas Brisket. The Lox stood out; red onion, tomato, capers, cream, and salmon. Great place for breakfast with good price and location.

Store never opens on time

Great service! Everyone is always happy to work there and help customers. The food is great, and the prices are amazing.

Manager was rude, order was late and wrong. Manager unapologetic and told me I should have called instead of placing order online. Refused to remake my order and told me to go online to process refund. I was terribly inconvenienced and I patronized this place often for team meetings. Never again, Western Bagel has a better variety and price point.

I love their food but the cashier is very racist whenever she serves me she does so reluctantly unlike how she serves the other customers she almost knocks my glasses over, the service should be the same for everyone
