Went here for the first time last week with my girlfriends, rebecca was our server and she was so sweet. I was indecisive about what to get and she recommended the peruvian steak sandwich IT WAS AMAZING!!! Will definittely be coming back super clean super great staff. this review is for the studio city

A scam artist place. You order some food online for pick-up and they auto-add 15% to your bill.Not sitting down, not having it brought to your table, you pick-up from them and they auto-assign 15%. A $15 sandwich is an automatic $2.25 tip, for doing their job and making a sandwich.In what world would you auto-assign a $2 tip per sandwich made. So they don't pay their employees? Or is it that someone who makes sandwiches is owed +$20/hour in tips over their wage?I'm probably not going to order from here again, this is reprehensible behavior. And if you un-check the tip, well... who knows, maybe someone spits in your food because they feel entitled to earn $35/hr and you owe them 15% for them doing their job.
I’m bummed you’re taking the Thai Fried Chicken Sandwich. Ya’ll always take away the classics. Glad the cashier let me know this weekend. Got my fix. But bring it back.Parking lot is atrocious but if you can brave it, sandwiches are worth it. I recommend ordering ahead, easy process. Thanks Mendocino!!
