ordered via uber eats. this is my spot now. that was the best english muffin bfast sandwich ive had 20/10 coming back!!! hash brown was fire too!!! muffin can’t stop you guys from killing the bfast game!!!

Maybe I got the wrong things, but food here really wasn’t very good. I got the pastrami papi, sausage redemption, and the carma coffee.
The pastrami tasted good, but felt that the cucumbers didn’t compliment it well. Unfortunately the sausage sandwich wasn’t as tasty either. Felt very reminiscent of a McDonald’s sausage mc muffin, but if you like that flavor then go for it. The coffee was a bit of a miss as well.
Maybe it was just an off day, but will go back and try other items on the menu and see if they’re redeemable in the future.

Parking: Don't worry about parking because it says reserved for the pizza but they're not open until later in the afternoon parking is kind of an issue
I have been ordering from the Studio City location several times a month for about two years, with each order averaging around $50. Recently, I accidentally placed an order at the new Downtown location, which I was unaware of. I only realized the mistake when I arrived for pick-up. The staff at Studio City were very accommodating and offered to prepare a new order at no extra charge. They advised me to call the Downtown location to inform them I wouldn’t be picking up the order.
When I called, the owner told me I couldn’t cancel because the order was considered a catering order due to its size. He said I could either pay $38 plus tip for an Uber to deliver the $56 order to the Valley or reorder and repay at Studio City. He also mentioned that his staff was misinformed about their policy. Despite my history of placing similar-sized orders, the owner refused to accommodate my request. Consequently, I ended up paying double for the same order. You’ve just lost a loyal customer.

This place started out Amazing but has been going downhill ever since a month ago. They are consistently slow, ALWAYS forgets something.. this time 2 hashbrowns.Way to slow filling orders and don't even get them right. What level of Idiot is working there?I wouldn't waste my time or money again.
