We were told the wait would be about 15 minutes since they were busy, but we ended up waiting 45 minutes and received our food cold. Very disappointing.

This place should get minus stars! NEGATIVE STARS! Will never order from here again. I ordered breakfast on the Muffin Can Stop Us website. When I arrived I was told the kitchen was backed up (understandable) but my order was not being prioritized because in house orders are taking priority. I get not prioritizing 3rd party delivery orders but apparently ordering online directly with the business on their own website is not important to them or me as a customer. THE AUDACITY to tell your customer their order is not a priority is RUDE! The help could tell I was irritated but I stayed calm with her and she just didn't care. EXTREMELY disappointing service. She also refused to refund me and said I needed to call corporate. The fact that no one onsite has permissions to make things right is another RED FLAG. The bigger red flag is no one is answering the phone at the location nor is there a corporate line on their website. Nope, not a fan or a customer any longer. I will have to dispute with bank.

The food here is above expectations! I got just the classic Americano muffin sandwich and it was amazing. I’ve ordered catering here twice and they make it very easy to pick up. It’s packaged well and easy to carry out. The staff is also very friendly and are great people to start your morning with!
