We walked into Panda Express intending to buy food, but urgently needed to use the restroom first since there were no public restrooms nearby. Instead of understanding the situation, the staff member was rude and told us we had to purchase something first—because she didn’t trust we’d actually stay.
Honestly, if you can’t show basic respect or trust toward potential customers, maybe you’re in the wrong business.
We were unable to find a restroom nearby and went into Panda Express. Although we were planning to buy food, the lady there was very rude and insisted that we buy something first just because she didn’t trust us. She said, “What if you just use the restroom and leave?”
What kind of service is that? If you don’t trust your customers, maybe you shouldn’t be running a Panda Express.
I ordered a plate with 2 entrees and 2 kinds of rice, just got the steamed rice only and my drink was not delivered. Asked delight but said the restaurant only gave him the plate. Just upset I didn’t get the order I asked for.
Did an online order. Family pack. Was missing an item. Call they blame it on the driver.
Very rude staff!!! Lady refused to let me use the bathroom and that it was for costumers only, even after I said I was going to eat there. She said I need to eat before I could use the bathroom. I have been here many times, too bad I will have to stop coming here because of the lack of service.
Tiny tiny tiny portion no bueno
Irl seemed irritated because I asked for food to be warm up. I won’t go back

I arrived at 8:20 pm and they don't have teriyaki chicken and I waited 20 minutes for the chicken, super rude and not at all friendly, apart from the fact that they serve very little, the first panda that treated me rudely

I have been to 30 different Panda Express locations in over 12 different states and this location by far is the absolute worst of all. Extremely unfriendly staff, manager who doesn’t know what he’s doing, portions poorly served, food was room temperature, my veggie was a giant piece of lettuce with two broccolis, I had diarrhea for two days. I love my panda but this was most horrifying experience. Is it Halloween already? Far from being stupandas

It would’ve been nice to have some chicken in my orange chicken instead of orange flavored breading. I feel ripped off

I called last night if someone looking for a bacon cuz I got it. I asked my Boss how many chow she handed over over to me and found out that “nothing worth having comes easy” so here’s the options: a bone, deuce, a fin, sawbuck, a dub, a frog, centum note, or a bozo. Indeed it’s a grace to retained it but it might be a cursed in which I cannot afford it. Gracias!
