December 25, 2023 I stood and waited for the person to take my order, after 15 minutes a man came up and started asking what I wanted to order, I told him show mein, the girl next to me who was packing the orders began to quickly collect the show mein completely, the man said wait another 10 minutes, I said that I was already standing for 15 minutes, why did she decide to serve the online order in the first place, to which she rudely told me “others placed the order first,” although I stood for a long time and waited for her to come. In the end, I didn’t argue, I just left. Today, February 22, 2024, I came to this establishment again. A girl (Bethany, it seems the same woman from December) took my order and punched a plate instead of a bowl, I asked to change it to a bowl, she called the manager and he did everything quickly, I stood there waiting for my order for 15 minutes. She served all the people who stood behind me, and didn’t want to prepare my order. I ask her to call the manager in a calm tone, she says “call him yourself.” A woman runs up to me, I explain this situation, she offered to quickly make food and give it to me, I asked just to return the money, a second manager comes, I explain the situation to him, he calls another manager, and after 30 minutes of wasted time, they returned the money to me, and when This is also the wrong amount. I was robbed and rude. I ask you to fire her, I hope I wrote her name correctly, otherwise I will appeal to other authorities. And stealing money from visitors is a shame.

I've been to several pandas over this years and this is by far the worst one. The people that work there suck the people that go there suck the area sucks. It's just the worst one and the food especially sucked. Like how much to say good about this place. You know what and I'll tell you something good. I discovered you can have white rice instead of chow mein or chicken fried rice and somebody was in front of me and they ordered it with white rice I was astonished. I didn't know they could do that one's close to my house. They don't promote that so. Anyway, if unless you're a tourist don't go there. Believe me, it's the worst panda I've ever been to and panda is not good to begin with so that really says something?

I normally don't bash on any place of business. However, this Panda Express location in Studio City definitely did not live up to the Panda Express lreputation. The staff experienced some chaos as an employee knocked over what appeared to be a cash register. The young lady who appeared to be a supervisor came unhinged. I was patiently waiting for my order as three or four customers that came in after me were rang up. I asked about my order and noticed a plate with the 4 items I selected was sitting behind the serving bins. When I asked if that was "my" order, the employee snapped at me and said "no it is not!". I waited as more people were rang up, and I asked where my order was. The employee rolled her eyes at me. I mentioned again that the plate sitting behind the counter had the items I ordered. In a very rude tone, the associate stated, "This is not your order!" I was embarrassed at her tone of voice and walked out. She said this in front of other customers. I was upset enough that I called the Panda Express corporate office. I believe in customer service. All sales associates are ambassadors for the business. I am highly disappointed with the service at this location. I am an avid fan of Panda Express. My experience at every location has been stellar. I believe the circumstances caused the young lady to stress. Her stress did not give her the green light to be rude and condescending.

Noodles are not slippery an wet more like dry an unsatisfying. They did replace my noodles next day thank you but they were still a dry type of wet noodles along with stiffness . Worse noodles at this location . I honestly came cause I was craving noodles an this just ruined it . Cooks need to know how to make noodles bowl/steam/sauce it up longer something . Noodles gave me cotton mouth without having to smoke bud.

Worst panda I've ever been to The orange chicken is not even orange. I've never gone to a Panda Express and seen their orange chicken and the yellow. It's like they didn't even use the same ingredients that they normally use. Then I hear the manager telling the other employee how she cross contaminated the food right in front of me. What the hellNo chow mein the teriyaki chicken will take 20 minutes they have no drinks zero it took them 25 minutes to let me check out then when I go to get a drink, they have no ice whoever is the manager here needs to get fired. This place is a dump .

I have been coming to this location since 1997. Unfortunately, today was the last time. It was a long line, after 20 minutes in line. The guy infront of me called his friend to join him and cut infront of me. I asked if he is paying for him? The response was "No". His "friend" ordered four additional take out orders. I asked the Panda Express lady that this guy is cutting infront of me. Oh my! They all got on me "what is the big deal!". Its no big deal if there is no line, a long wait, and some curtesy but the attitude of the employee and this "friend" rubbed me the wrong way... I do feel there was an Ethnicism going on since the Panda Express employee was siding with the cutting customer and they spoke the same not English language.
