It wasn't crowded and I was able to relax and enjoy my coffee right away.When you order a cappuccino, you will have to wait a little while as the staff carefully brews each cappuccino, but this kind of waiting time is welcome.The store was clean and the cashier staff were friendly and provided good service.Wheelchair accessibility: It was also easily used by people in wheelchairs.

NEED TO FIX THE WI-FI! My favorite coffee shop. But they really need to fix their Wi-Fi, which has been bad for....months? Years? Otherwise, it's one of the best coffee locations around.

One time I had a bad experience at Peet's Coffee in Tarzana didn't step foot in a Peet's coffee for over 10 years. I recently received a gift card and decided to give them another shot. This location is amazing both in service and the quality of the coffee. I've been a couple times since and there is always a place to sit and enjoy your coffee. Shout out to the staff for always making me feel welcomed and greeting me with a smile.

Steady as she goes. Rock steady. At a big shopping mall they refer to the major department stores at opposite ends as anchors, no doubt due to the legacy they have built up. That's very true of this brand and this location. There is a more well known brand and plenty of new kids that are popular in our coffee culture, on Ventura or over in Silverlake, Highland Park or whatever spot has the latest "it" vibe. But, at Peet's it's about, and has been, quality, consistency and comfort. They do coffee proper. Plenty of excellent blends and batches to choose from. Their pastry selection is bountiful and loaded with flavor. This is a great spot to just kick it. Can we kick it? Yes we can! In addition to meters on the street they have free garage parking all the way in the back shared by the other businesses in the complex. The employees are super efficient and good at what they do. Very nice spot that you've probably driven past forever. Well, stop wondering about it and wander in. They got your back.

The staff was friendly but the guy with a short black hair and tie dye sweater making the drinks kept running his fingers through his hair which was kind of gross.

I prefer Peet's coffee vs Starbucks but they have very limited locations I am not a fan of bakery but Peet's have a great selection

Literally the worse coffee I've ever had in my entire life. Friend and I got two sugar free vanilla lattes, one iced, one hot. Made the mistake of trying them after we left. They both tasted so sour. Either the coffee was old or the coffee was burnt. It was so bad that they went into the trash. They were inedible. Emailed back and forth with headquarters for nearly a month to get a refund. Terrible customer service that it took a month to get a refund processed.
