I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this location. After using the valet service, I discovered that all the loose change I keep in a small box inside my center console was missing. I had used it earlier that same day, so I’m certain it was taken while my car was parked here.
It’s very concerning and unacceptable that something like this could happen. I expected much higher standards of honesty and professionalism from your staff.

Your valet parking guys stole my sunglasses. I have an internal/external dash cam that clearly shows the guy taking it. When confronted them, one of the guys didn’t speak English, the other kept telling me they did not take it, when I told him I have the video I can show him, refused to watch it.
This is unacceptable behavior, your coffee is great, but if I have to get something stollen every time I park there, I would rather go to Starbucks.
Please address this situation with crooks at the valet parking.
P.S. filed a police report and provided the video to them.

Heard a lot of good things about Philz coffee, decided to give them a try and it didn't disappoint. Their coffee is delicious and refreshing with new and tasty flavors to try. But honestly, what I love the most is their coffee cake muffin 😋 it was just mmmm good 😊.

Service is terrible. Waited 10 minutes to get to counter to order, then waited another 10 minutes while counter person left to help out with other orders. Finally ordered and then waited for the coffee. Waited for 15 minutes and then asked about order and was told someone else must have taken it. Then waited another 10 minutes until I couldn't stand waiting anymore and made a scene. Finally got the coffee. Never going back !
