Service is terrible. Waited 10 minutes to get to counter to order, then waited another 10 minutes while counter person left to help out with other orders. Finally ordered and then waited for the coffee. Waited for 15 minutes and then asked about order and was told someone else must have taken it. Then waited another 10 minutes until I couldn't stand waiting anymore and made a scene. Finally got the coffee. Never going back !

Nice place, good coffee. It's a bit pricey.
This was my first visit with Philz coffee. I cannot rave enough about it! Outstanding customer service! I let them know that it was my first visit. How the ordering process worked was explained I selected the Chia Tea, such amazing notes and crafted to my expectations. I was asked to sample the taste before placing my lid. Calm and peaceful ambiance along with a clean well kept store. They also support local artists and I love it!!! Check them out!

Philz has generally gone downhill since the venture capital firm has taken over operations. All the drinks are watered down and much weaker. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, which one side of the muffin was not able to be removed from the wax paper.

Love Philz, but left the studio city location because of the odd parking situation. It’s pay to park after 15 minutes in a large mostly empty lot. Valet is an option. Street parking was tough so I just went across the street to Alfred’s.
Just pour gallons of this coffee in my mouth every day and I’ll be happy. Staff here is extremely friendly and make the best drinks. Get up and go.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Philz Coffee for the first time a few year back and it was the best coffee I had ever had.Unfortunately there weren’t any close to where I lived at the time, but now there are and I must say it has been my favorite coffee spot ever since that first cup.At this location The staff exudes kindness and warmth, making each visit a delightful experience. Their drinks are simply incredible, crafted with a minimalist approach using only coffee beans, cream, and sugar. Occasionally, using mint and cardamom in some drinks, which are my personal favorites. The Philharmonic and the tantalizing Turkish, both have mint and cardamom, and they are simply amazing. This simplicity is what sets them apart, as the unique flavor profiles come solely from the high-quality coffee beans they use.I appreciate how Philz Coffee stays true to the essence of coffee, without relying on syrups or artificial flavorings that can mask the true taste of the brew. The result is a pure and authentic coffee experience that satisfies the senses and leaves a lasting impression. Philz Coffee truly embodies the art of artisanal coffee, making it a go-to destination for anyone who appreciates a quality cup of joe.In conclusion, Philz Coffee has won me over with its outstanding service, amazing drinks, and commitment to purity in coffee-making. It has become my top choice for a caffeine fix, and I highly recommend it to all coffee enthusiasts seeking a genuine and flavorful coffee experience. Cheers to Philz Coffee for setting the bar high in the world of minimalist artisanal coffee!!
Dietary restrictions: They have oat milk, soy milk, and almond milk
Parking: Parking is a little difficult there is not normally a lot of spots on the street. Sometimes you can park across the street and walk over but again there’s not always spots on either side of the street. the parking lot behind Philz, if you want to stay and drink your coffee there, it’s a $10 fee. If you’re just picking up it’s free, but you can only be there for five minutes.
