Got s’mores log from this location and it was inedible. It barely had any filling inside, no marshmallows and the outer wrap was so hard couldn’t bite or chew it. Employees had a strange attitude. Never going here again.

I signed up for rewards and it gives you a free drink just for joining. Though the app was being weird and it didn't show up, they still honored it! I appreciate that alot! Also, I missed going to my nearby location while closed during the pandemic so excited to see them re-ooened!

Great pizza and really nice staff…but the interior is really ugly and uncomfortable. Just give us comfortable booths and better interior design. Nothing fancy - just not awful.

Pizza Rev is my favorite pizza place - I was so annoyed when the Burbank location closed during lockdown- but - Studio City Is now open!I love the thin crust- all the fresh toppings and it tastes delicious- never had a bad one in all the years I’ve been going.I would love them to open back up a downtown Burbank by the movies location! Please….thank you! Yvonne
I belong to Pizza Rev rewards program. It stated that this week pizza’s were 7. 99 for a pizza.I ordered online, it says to redeem reward you must physically be there at the restaurant.They charged me 8.99 the regular price.I told the manager that I order online for convenience, she said I have to call in the order??What is the point of ordering online if you have to call it in?Nowhere on the website does it say that! I asked nicely for a contact of a regional manager to discuss. She wouldn’t give it to meIt isn’t about the 1 dollar, I can afford that. It is not letting me discuss with a manager about this issue. I give it one star for customer service and try finding a phone number for corporate. I googled it five times , no phone number.

Love PizzaRev! We have been waiting for this location to reopen as it is the only place where we can get the Caulipower crust. The staff at this location is extremely nice and always makes a great pizza.

We were welcomed warmly and thanked for coming. The Craft Your Own pizza was delicious with generous toppings. I would suggest retooling the Taco Salad pizza: use fresh salsa, black olives , sour cream, more lettuce, blend of cheeses. Make it more like nachos on pizza crust. We’ll be back!

As. Always, the pizza was great. However, the management was horrible. We arrived and placed our order. The pizza was damaged in the oven, so we were told they would cook another pizza. So far so good. We got the pizza at 8:00 pm, had two bites and were told they were closed and we had to leave. We told them we would finish our pizza and they told us we had to leave now. Pick up our pizza and beer and get out. So at 8:05, we left leaving our drinks and uneaten pizza behind. We have been loyal customers for years, but no more. We are done with the place.
