I stopped by today with my bf and he was assisted by the cashier grace and this was our first time here and we decided to stop by because a friend of ours recommended it and she was just rude to him and made him look dumb as if he didn’t know how to order and then our order came out all wrong, we just didn’t bother but there was another girl with her too i couldn’t get her name but she’s Hispanic and she didn’t bother to make things better as my bf ordered.

I’ve came to this location to be exact 4 times and every time it’s always great! The cooks are always in a happy mood and the cashier Claudia helped me today and she was super pleasant, smiling and got my order in and it was ready in a well timely manner for me. I will continue to come to this location any time I’m in the area! Thank you poquito más!!!

Rats and bugs!
While the food itself is OK (a little pedestrian for the price, which is outrageous) I was sitting down for a meal on the patio and was greeted by a speedy rat family dodging between tables. One stared directly into my soul, as if to inquire whether I was going to finish my cheese nachos or not.
Trust me, I wasn’t. That’s just plain nasty.
My partner and I moved inside the restaurant to eat the rest of our food, and a bug fell from the ceiling onto the window ledge next to our table.
This place is disgusting.

I came to enjoy a delicious dinner with my partner because I've heard so many incredible things about Poquito Más! However, when coming to eat at the Studio City location....we were joined by some unwanted friends. First, we decided to dine on the outdoor patio and enjoy the nice weather outside. As we were eating, my partner noticed something from the corner of his eye, it was Stuart Little! When I looked it was not just one Stuart Little scurrying... BUT 4 fat rats! Instantly, we decided to move our experience inside of the restaurant in hopes that maybe it was just nature happening outside.
We then moved indoors and sat down to enjoy our meal, when low and behold something dropped out of the corner of my eye. I look on the table, and saw nothing. Then as I peeked on the window sill.... a ROACH was there. It had fallen from the ceiling and barely missed our table. Instantly mortified and disgusted, we left.
Poquito Más is subpar, the service was super underwhelming, and the atmosphere is presented as dirty and unkept. Definitely don't think we will be returning due to this experience. Rats AND roaches, any time, for first time customers is a turn off. Measures definitely need to be taken to ensure this restaurant remains pest free!
Also....the food was not that good to be charging $60+ for a meal.

The burrito was supposed to be meat and cheese only. It came with everything including a cap from a coke bottle. Called the manager and he was unwilling to fix the order.

Food was very bland and honestly even chipotle has better seasoning. The rice was white, no spices. Beans were bland. I had a bowl and it had huge chunks of tomato thrown on top. Chicken was almost tasteless. Only plus was the melon agua fresca was ok and they had chips and salsa. Even then the salsas were not impressive. Got a quesadilla and it was so greasy with how much cheese they used, served with plain lettuce.

This was by far the worst location I have ever been to. The cashier wasn’t nice, she was short with me when inquiring about the menu and the cook talked shit about my wife when she asked for her food to be replaced because the meat was cold and dry. My food sucked even worse, the burrito was smaller than any location I’ve been to, the shrimp was lukewarm and 90 percent of the burrito was rice! Also it was mediocre at best.
Server name: Claudia I will never come here again, you should avoid it if you can, make the trek to Sherman oaks they are amazing and the food is top notch

A place you'll never go back to! I've never waited so long for an order anywhere. My order never came, and no one gave a reason for the delay. Rude and uninformed staff. Unprofessional. I saw the same thing happen with delivery drivers; despite the place being unoccupied, they wouldn't deliver orders.
