I want to start out saying I never take the time to write reviews, but I want this place to thrive and stay around forever. Phenomenal fusion food, awesome and unexpected presentation (the ramen is served under a smoky bubble!!), friendly and helpful staff. Top stuff. Can't recommend enough. Will be going back.Vegetarian options: vegetarian ramen broths!! In our world of seemingly only meat-flavored ramens, Redwhite Boneless Ramen really stands out with it's delicious vegetarian-only dishes packed with delicious fusion flavors.

Corner of a busy strip mall. Hard to find parking but worth it when you do. Didn't even realize it was vegan till almost done with the meal. The hot ramen is pretty spicy. Definitely warmed me up on a 55 deg night. Yuzu ramen was great. Avocado roll was great too

Redwhite has some of the best flavors and ramen I have ever had. The Yuzu sesame is a fan favorite between my partner and I. We drive 40 miles out for this delicious meal anytime we have a ramen craving. Staff here are always so attentive, pleasant, and helpful. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for you next bowl of ramen ?

This restaurant makes me feel like it’s a restaurant that should be in the mall, but it chose to stayed in the block. The atmosphere just likes the bar, but quieter and finer. Service is good, cuz it works kinda like McDonald but not quite——ordering at front desk, but they'll bring the food to your table.Last part, the food. It’s good, noodles are not too hard nor soft, and the ramen soup is flavorful. The flavor is quite balanced.The most impressive part is the They cover the surface of the ramen with the smoke from the sandalwood, and cover it with a circular lid, and when you open the lid, the aroma will float out. (Seriously, it's like a Michelin ? restaurant.)

I’m not even vegan and their tonkotsu broth is phenomenal and doesn’t make you feel bloated. Noodles are perfect consistency too. Vibes and music are good too haha I will definitely return
This place is so unique. The place itself is tiny, you are going to wait a little bit to get a seat, however is totally worth it, the ramen is delicious, best flavor ever, and it’s vegan, a completely hidden gem.

Must try. This is the next tier of ramen and Japanese food in general. The flavors are so balanced and complex, the textures are perfect and the service is authentic and warm. Redwhite is an entire category above everything I’ve tried before. Sublime!I got take out, but the ambiance of the restaurant is top notch, I wish I could stay. Will have to come back soon!

Ramen Chef Kei is a highly skilled and very talented chef and the valley is lucky to have such plant based food of this caliber being offered. The yuzu sesame ramen is extraordinarily delicious, full of depth and flavor! The fresh yuzu really brings all the flavors out in the dish and I loved it!
