My kids eat A LOT of açaí and we’re all in agreement that this place hits different! There is something special about the quality of their açaí. It’s delish.

The girl who works there constantly makes mistakes and doesn’t treat people well. If I were the owner, I wouldn’t keep her on staff.

I ordered from both this location and the North Hollywood location have been for some time now I Love the açai balls, but as of lately it seems that they’re not filling the balls all the way up whether you get a medium or a large they used to fill them up all the way to the top. It seems like they’re giving you less for the same price, which is quite annoying

I dont know what happened but I used to think this place had the best acai. I came in a few weeks ago and they had completely different acai than they used to. The acai is now the cheap kind you can buy at the store that i do not like

Bruh i got the $1.50 extra choose your toppings bowl and he couldn’t fill it up all the way. My sister got the americano and it was filled all the way. Lazy workers!!! Come on now

I actually really enjoy this spot but I ordered an açaí bowl added whey protein and the whey is just sitting on top of everything. Why isn’t it blended? Thats just weird and gross. Who the heck wants dry whey protein on their spoon? Not tasteful at all.

Absolutely the best. I used to not understand the trendy love for açaí bowls until I came to Riozonas Studio City location a couple months ago, and since then I’ve been going weekly (sometimes multiple times a week… no shame). The quality of the açaí is unlike any other place, the toppings are fresh, the health benefits are off the charts- you mustn’t hesitate to go!!

Ordered doordash with these guys and ordered a watermelon mint drink that they poorly packaged and sent tied up in a bag with an open lip so half of the drink was gone when delivered. Called to have them replace the drink and the manager offers a 15% discount on a full drink I paid for and didn't receive due to their poor packaging. Do not order from these guys because if they screw up your order somehow you won't be compensated but offered a discount. What a joke their customer service is. First and last time with these guys

Best açaí bowl I’ve had since visiting Brazil!!! Highly recommend. Tastes so fresh and not overly sweetened like other açaí places I have tried in America. Will definitely be back :)
