Great experience today ordering and eating in. Jose was super friendly and checked in on our food after bringing it over to us. We were greeted by a very nice gentlemen, whose name I didn’t catch. He was washing the windows. Fantastic crew working here today.

The servers worked as a team.
If you've been to Shake Shack, this is one. Burgers were solid as expected, but sides/drinks are a bit pricy tbh. Fries are crinkle cut, so if you're a fan of skinny fries a la McDs or other fast food places, skip it. Shakes were also good.
We went on a weekday evening around 530 and the place was absolutely packed with small screaming children. Not sure if it was a fundraiser night or something but it was loud and crowded, so maybe don't go at that time.
Also, there appears to be parking in the back, but it's unclear how to access.

Kevin was so great with resolving an issue with a Shake Shack promo that would not be honored through the system. Really glad we came on a night he was working! Fantastic customer service, thank you Kevin!
Great service. Everyone is so kind and friendly! I’d like to single out staff member “T” who went above and beyond. And is always ready with a smile!
