Great experience today ordering and eating in. Jose was super friendly and checked in on our food after bringing it over to us. We were greeted by a very nice gentlemen, whose name I didn’t catch. He was washing the windows. Fantastic crew working here today.
If you've been to Shake Shack, this is one. Burgers were solid as expected, but sides/drinks are a bit pricy tbh. Fries are crinkle cut, so if you're a fan of skinny fries a la McDs or other fast food places, skip it. Shakes were also good.
We went on a weekday evening around 530 and the place was absolutely packed with small screaming children. Not sure if it was a fundraiser night or something but it was loud and crowded, so maybe don't go...

Kevin was so great with resolving an issue with a Shake Shack promo that would not be honored through the system. Really glad we came on a night he was working! Fantastic customer service, thank you Kevin!
