Food was really good, especially the pork buns. We only got to try the dim sum portion but everything we got was super tasty. The sweet and sour soup was very good too. We will definitely be back again to try the main menu!

The food went from incredible but meat a little chewy to perfect. Dim sum also other worldly, however i went back and it was chewy again. It depends on the chef.
My 2 shanghai friends said its super authentic (and they had the lower quality version) so maybe Shanghai does chewy beef.
Man i wish it was always perfect or there was a way to request it. very expensive, but very worth it, especially when its perfect.

As per dim sum: these are not traditional dimsum. Normally dimsum are small one or two bite dumplings that you can pick up with chop sticks. The ones served here are huge. You need a fork and a knife to eat them. Each is at least 5 to 6 bites. Totally defies the point of dimsum.
