We used to frequent the Burbank location but that place has gone down the drain as far as service and quality. This location is out new go to despite having to driving 7 miles further. There’s a gentleman by the name of Cesar who is always very attentive and friendly. Hands down best Sharkys location in town.

LOVE this location! Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Food comes out hot and super fast - never had my order come out wrong even with substitutions and it's VERY flavorful. Tables are bussed quickly and salsa bar is always clean and stocked. They have plenty of booth and high top seating, plus a small counter at the front where you can eat and watch tv. The Fiesta burrito is my favorite and the Killer Hot salsa is ?. There's a small parking lot on the side of the restaurant but plenty of meters nearby also. Join the rewards program to get money off towards future orders.Parking: Small parking lot on Ventura side next to the restaurant

gave me a dollar off but then I earned it because I had to wait for my receipt! Also bad communication skills by the workers! What I mean is I had to slowly make my order, so they wouldn't make a mistake! My wife hated the food because waiting for the receipt my food went cold and that's not why I bought it I bought it to be hot and fresh and good! Enough said

I give 4 stars because my Mahi Mahi tostada was prepped exactly to my specifications, no sour cream ! Larger salsa containers were provided upon request which was nice. The only issue : completely out of Cholula packets AND Cholula bottles . Only Tapatio was available , in addition to the normal salsa bar.
So this is our favorite Sharky's. It's not the closest but we like the staff. A lot. We were helped by Rocio this past Saturday and felt we needed to pay a compliment to her and the entire staff. Everyone is so friendly every time we dine there, and Rocio's customer service made me take the time to tell you. The Queen of Customer Service. I'd also like to mention Carlo, who just might be the King of Customer Service. We will keep returning to Sharky's knowing good food, and smiling faces await us there. Alan C.

Normally I really like Sharky's. I ordered takeout at the Studio City location on Ventura and Coldwater. I ordered a taco salad and made the mistake of ordering it with salmon. It was incredibly fishy, way over cooked. Ruined the entire salad. The cooks should know better! If you cannot provide decent fish then take it off the menu.
