My boyfriend just brought home 2 White Chocolate Mochas. One was a proper white chocolate mocha. One however, ended up being a cup full of hot milk. I tried calling just to let you guys know to keep a heads up about it so someone else doesn't pay for a cup of hot milk, but the phone rang for 4 minutes straight with no answer or a machine to leave a message.
Mike, the store manager at this location went above and beyond tonight when a rude customer who had not waited more than 2 minutes interrupted out conversation and spoke down to me. The customer was condescending and extremely rude - Mike refused to serve him. Its rare people take chances to stand up for what's right any more and I couldn't appreciate it more. Oh and my coffee was bomb!

Starbucks has parking available, but seating is limited with only a few two-seat tables. The service area is spacious, and customers have reported fast service even with a high volume of orders. The staff is friendly and attentive, with baristas who are great, super pleasant, and helpful. They provide excellent customer service, thoroughly explaining things and making sure orders are right. The atmosphere is welcoming, making it a great Starbucks location everybody should visit. However, the seating arrangement may not be suitable for groups or those planning to stay for a long time.
