I hadn’t been to Subway in a while, but I received a coupon in the mail and decided to stop by. When I went to use it, the employee told me the system might not accept it. I’m confused as to why companies send out coupons if franchise locations aren’t fully honoring them — it feels misleading and poorly managed. The employee was dismissive and simply said, “I just work here,” which isn’t an acceptable response. Staff should be better trained in customer service. While the coupon was ultimately accepted, starting the interaction by suggesting it might not work left a bad impression. I live in the neighborhood, but I won’t be returning.

Rarely do I eat subway but I decided to give it a try.Terrible experience with the staff. Lady working there was rude and gave me a sub bread that fell to the ground. I asked her to exchange the bread and she started being rude in Spanish. I put in a complaint online and Armen Melikyan store owner replied and took his worker side after I explained to him she was rude. What can you expect from the workers if the subway owner Armen Melikyan does nothing about it and covers their dirty work.

Compared to other subs, it is too expensive, I don't recommend it at all, apart from the bread tasted like old bread ??!!! And if we are already in the USA but there are other subs that are not so expensive

$18 SIX inch sub! They charge $7 more than any other subway for a SIX INCH! Thats not extra meat or anything. Had to scream my order through a RING camera bc they close their doors at 7pm yet they’re 24 hours. Employee was incredibly rude and had a mean look on her face the entire time. Likely because she found it annoying having to hear me shout my order through the ring camera since she couldn’t hear me speaking at standard volume in the camera.
