Sushi Katsu-Ya Studio City is one of the yummiest sushi places that exists. Their spicy tuna on crispy rice is unbelievably delicious, and their miso cod is a must-try. The yellowtail jalapeño is also a favorite. Everything is very fresh, and the customer service is amazing. The grilled green peppers are good, not too spicy, and the teriyaki salmon is tasty as well. This place is a must-try for sushi lovers, with fantastic food and amazing value. The restaurant has a small, reasonably priced menu and provides great, fast service in a laid-back atmosphere. However, parking can be an issue, as there is only valet or street parking available, so it is best to plan accordingly. During peak hours, there may be a long wait, but the delicious sushi and variety on the menu make it worth it.
