Tried vanilla cupcake and cookie. Both were good. Friendly service. Metered parking outside but as expected on Ventura Blvd, can be hard to find during busy times.

*sigh* you know every time I try to come here at this location its always either okay or just irritating . Apparently theres a secret before closing menu and the woman helping didnt bother to tell me that before i made a purchase. Meanwhile shes super understanding and nice to the people running in to purchase these deals. I dont know i get trying to make a sale but that was so annoying because I definitely would have just purchased the “secret” items. I dont know customer service just is never consistent to me and feels rushed or either like they don't want to really work there…. which in that case don’t.

The best cake shop i have ever been to. Incredible cakes, delicious cupcakes, so light and fluffy. But more than this, the staff there are the kindest, coolest and welcoming. They actually single handedly improved my time in Hollywood. Love them..go spend all your dessert money there.

Everything is always SO yummy, and the service is always fast and friendly!!

I especially love love the carrot cake! The icing, the dense and incredible taste of the cake, along with the plump ànd delicious rainsins and shredded carrot, are mouthwatering every time!
I also love all the other cake flavors and cupcakes that I've had.🤤 You won't go wrong with anything you try!

everyone there is always super nice and friendly. Their chocolate chip cookies never let me down. The staff is nice. Parking is hard to find on the street but there’s a lot behind the building for all the businesses.

I didn’t get to catch the workers name but she worked on Friday (3/7) around 12-1ish. She was super helpful! My first time ever going and she helped me pick out two cupcakes per her recommendation! When I got into my car I seen she threw in some extra goodies! Luckily I did leave a tip but if knew she did this I would’ve tipped more. Look forward to coming here again when I’m in town!

If you are not capable of deliver on UberEats within 1 hour of closing then you should adjust your delivery hours. Don't set your delivery hours to 7pm when you cancel orders at 5:45pm. Order flat out cancelled order without communication whatsoever.

I wasn't familiar with Susie Cakes, but the staff was incredibly helpful in introducing me to the menu. The two employees working the evening of 12/11 were so sweet, especially the gentleman. The cakes were so delicious, I'll be in a sweet-induced coma soon! Thank you, appreciate it!!

I ordered 8 cupcakes from DoorDash for a dinner I was hosting for a small group of friends. Who doesn’t love cupcakes? You can tell they were freshly baked. We had a few left over and it’s now 4 days later and they still taste fabulous. The cake is light and fluffy and the buttercream is perfectly soft and delicious. They have a variety to choose from like classic chocolate or vanilla or mocha, red velvet or pumpkin. I really love their vanilla. Whether it’s a cake or cupcakes, you can’t go wrong with SusieCakes.
