I love sweetfin usually and I was super excited when they open in studio city near my house.
But my last 2 consecutive visits were bit disappointing. First visit, they forgot to add pickled ginger. I even doubled it but they didn’t put any. I let it go since sometimes people make mistakes and it is not a big deal. But today, they forgot to put two ingredients this time. They forgot to put crispy onion and crispy garlic for my son’s order and he was super disappointed when he opened a lid. Two times in a row, they messed up the order. I was going to call the location and let them know what happened so they can pay attention to order details for the future. But I can’t find their phone number anywhere. So please pay attention to add ons when you make a bowl.

I went to buy and the service was terrible...the big boy who thinks he owns the restaurant, has an attitude to serve but very bad...he was only on his cell phone...bad service...and those two ladies...they were just laughing for the attitude that boy gives... a lot of body, but very poor mentality... until next time...!!!
