I placed an order for two salads on DoorDash with an estimated delivery around 1:00 PM. About 10 minutes after ordering, I received a call from the store saying they were out of lettuce — which is shocking considering lettuce is literally the base of their salads. I agreed to substitute the ingredient to avoid waiting.
A few minutes later I received another call, this time saying that they were out of chicken and that I would need to wait 10–15 minutes more. Chicken is the only protein I eat, so unfortunately I had no choice but to wait again. Because of all this, the expected delivery time changed from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, which is way beyond what I planned for.
At that point I called the store directly to understand why my order was taking so long. What happened next was extremely unprofessional. I accidentally ended up on the phone at the same time as my Dasher and heard the entire conversation. The Sweetgreen manager was blaming and arguing with the delivery driver, even though they were the ones who told him to wait for the order. The driver politely asked the manager to speak with the customer (me), and she refused several times and continued scolding him instead of simply handing him the food.
Only after she realized he was on the phone with the customer did she suddenly change her attitude and talk to me — with a completely different “sweet voice.” She insisted that the delay was the driver’s fault and claimed that my order was “ready a long time ago,” which I find very hard to believe considering she hadn’t given it to him and instead continued arguing while the food supposedly sat there.
If the order was ready, why not just hand it to him instead of wasting time blaming him?
I want to be clear — I am not lowering the rating for the Dasher. I heard the entire interaction, and he was polite and repeatedly tried to do his job. It seems like he was being unfairly blamed to cover the store’s mistakes. I can only imagine how many other delivery drivers have been negatively impacted because of this behavior.
This was my first and last time ordering from this Sweetgreen location. The level of disorganization and unprofessionalism — especially from the manager — is unacceptable.

I often turn to sweetgreen on days when I feel I haven’t had enough vegetables or simply crave something fresh and healthy. Most of the time I go during lunch hours, and it has truly become a favorite salad spot for both my husband and me. We have enjoyed their food both in-store and through Uber Eats. On a few occasions with Uber deliveries, there were some small mistakes with missing items, but because the salads are consistently so fresh and delicious, it hasn’t stopped us from coming back again and again.
My absolute favorite is the Harvest Bowl. The balsamic dressing has the perfect balance of tanginess, and it pairs so well with the fresh vegetables. The kale has no bitterness, the apples and nuts add a nice crunch, and the sweet potatoes bring just the right touch of sweetness that complements the dressing beautifully. It is so delicious that I find myself ordering it almost every time, though I have tried other salads as well and they were also wonderful.
I also love that you can customize your order by adding or removing ingredients to suit your preference. The location itself is usually not too crowded, the interior is clean and pleasant, and there are even a few terrace seats available. sweetgreen has truly become one of my favorite salad spots, and I look forward to continuing to enjoy it for many years to come.

Staff was nice, food lacked flavor - fries were cold and under seasoned. mostly kale and very little protein, what happened to this place? used to be my go to.
Very average. Quality isn’t good (stale, flavorless and under and overcooked). So disappointing as this is my go-to option in most other cities. I suggest going elsewhere (Erewhon!).

I hate to rate a restaurant with 1 star, but this was a horrible food experience. The 'glazed salmon' was dry and felt like I bit into a fake rubber toy salmon. I almost puked and immediately threw away my food. Disgusting. My salmon didn’t even look glazed.
