However, on New Year's Eve they were closed even though they said they were open on their website, through their automated phone service and on Google maps. Then today, I paid for two cookies and received two burnt pieces of I don't know what. It's really disappointing. I don't know if I will be back.

The food is delicious but it’s a bit overpriced. It’s nearly 20 bucks for a meal but very small portion sizes I ate a meal and became hungry again 30 minutes later

I’ve always had an amazing experience at this location. I really just want to give appreciation to everyone who works at the restaurant . I’ve been coming here for the past 7 months and can say I haven’t had a bad experience once. I got to meet a very nice and respectable manager who is always very polite and looking to make his customers happy. Josue has always made sure my experience there was nothing less than great.
Good food BUT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There were problems with our delivery order, and when we called their voice mail system instructed us to instead contact Uber Eats - that is, we were essentially ghosted by Tender Greens. Every other restaurant at Uber Eats that we've ever ordered from, when there's a problem with the order, takes the time to listen and try to make things better. I left a 1 star review at Uber Eats, too, and the response from Tender Greens was that they hoped we would try them again. Any other restaurant that was concerned about their customers and customer service would typically respond with something like: "we're sorry about what happened, please speak to xxx at our restaurant and we'll see what we can do to make things better for you and improve our service." Nothing like that from Tender Greens Studio City. If there are problems with your Tender Greens Uber Eats order, go take a hike!

Tender greens is probably my favorite spot to go to for a healthy meal with real ingredients. Everything always tastes so fresh and always delicious. I love this spot also because you can go extra healthy or extra healthy for the soul (as in short rib with mash ?) the barbecue chicken is great, so is the short rib. My friend loved her Thai shrimp bowl. highly recommend this spot for a rather quick casual meal. Took off a star because food can take a little long for a quick serve restaurant but it’s worth it !!
